I am very disappointed with the costumer service! I am unhappy particular with my bracelet, sent a video for almost 3 weeks and no response. Will try again to contact ! My earrings were supposed to be in a small higienic bag in order to make weren't used and it didn't..

Ordering, payment, and shipping to the US was very efficient. Wanted to get a Valentine gift for my Portuguese wife. I order three week prior but worried it would not arrive in time. I received it over a week prior. We are taking a trip, so I gave her the gift early and she loved it. One suggestion, for necklaces you may want to list the length of the chain.

We have spent a lot of time in Portugal so wanted something from there, made locally, to remind my wife of our time there. The jewelry shipped quickly from Portugal and arrived in days. Choice of items was simple and understandable. Shopping process worked well. Quality of product was comensurate with the price buying process was easy. Payment options were well setup.
Shipping took a long time from payment point to delivery. Most of that time was inside Fed ex in Lisbon, two Spanish locations and two more in France. The delivery process took 2 days in US but 12 days in multiple European locations.
I was going to buy more items but the delays really concerned me. I would suggest most shoppers to expect 3-4 weeks for actual delivery to the US.

I wasn't happy with receiving the necklace in such a flimsy, thinly padded envelope and the box the necklace was in was unprotected inside. The box was ripped, creased and dented and wasn't real presentable to give to my wife for her birthday. When she opened it, the chain inside was all knotted and it took us both over 45 minutes to fix it. Otherwise, the necklace is beautiful and my wife completely loves it so it's still a win for me!

I bought a necklace of Our Lady of Fátima as a gift for my mum and it was perfect. The piece looks great, and the box it came in had a seal with the Fado Jewels logo that gave it a really nice touch. My mum loved it!

I bought a piece from Fado Jewels for my mother, and she absolutely loved it. It is a bit expensive, but you can really feel the difference — it’s made in Portugal(at leats its shipped from Portugal), and the quality is great. It doesn’t look mass-produced at all.
