This was the second time we have dealt with Factory Campers and we really can’t speak highly enough of Rich and Hayley and the professional and friendly way that they handled our sale ,we were kept informed all the way through the process and were thoroughly happy with the end result , we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Factory Campers

Absolutely spot on! Searched everywhere for a camper locally but having been let down on one, we ended up at Factory Campers.... (not too far away). We were not disappointed, Bruce and Jo were amazing from the sale to the handover, both are very knowledgeable about their product (sorry to both for the constant bombardment and being impatient 😂). The van is fab, we've done an overnight now and several days out and absolutely love it, it's exactly what we wanted it to be and more. Would highly recommend Factory Campers, can't fault them. There's a lesson to be learned by many dealerships from these guys in excelling customer service. Thank you so much, Andy & Annie A++++

Bruce and Jo at Factory Campers were so helpful from the first moment we went to look at a potential van to long after we made our purchase. They go above and beyond to help, Bruce even met me there after hours once as I left my wallet behind! They both care about the customers, not just selling vans, they were also great with our kids and made them feel part of the experience. Cannot rate them highly enough.

We have just had our first trip away in our camper and it was a great success. If you are thinking of buying a camper then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Factory Campers, Rich and Jo are both really knowledgeable and made the process of converting our own van a pleasure.

After owning a caravan for years while the children where young, we had been contemplating "changing code" and buying a campervan. After all that everyone has been through in the last year or so we decided to go for it and take the plunge! Jo and the team at factory campers were fantastic! Couldn't rate them more highly! From day one the purchase was smooth and Jo kept us informed/ updated all the way. The spec of the camper king conversion is outstanding, a real head turner! In the short few months we have owned the van we have been all over the uk already. Even attempting the NC500 in Scotland! - we can't thank Jo and the team at factory campers enough!

We found Factory Campers to be extremely helpful. They offered good advice with regard to the various conversion options. Communication throughout has been excellent and everything was very clearly explained from the conversion process to the actual handover of our new campervan. We bought a T6 VW Transporter through Factory Campers then had it converted with our own choice of interior. There are lots of examples of interiors on their website which was really useful when deciding on colours for cupboards, seating and flooring. The process was really straight forward and Jo was excellent at keeping us informed of how the conversion was going as well as demonstrating how everything worked when it arrived. We are really happy with our camper van and have already made good use of it. I highly recommend Factory Campers - they were excellent!

We decided after hiring a camper that we would like one of our own. From the moment we arrived Bruce made us feel welcome, we arranged to take the camper for a test drive, there was no pressure and everything was explained to us, and we were showed how everything worked. Really great experience with Rich at Factory Campers. Made a telephone enquiry about a van (was looking at 2 on their site). Discussed the options and arranged to do a test drive. All Covid safe and Rich made it easy to come in and look and compare. We decided on the van of our choice, paid a deposit and then arranged to come back the following week. Rich prepped the van, added a rear bumper strip and did a detailed handover showing us how everything worked. We couldn' t be happier with the van and the CamperKing conversion. Van drives really well, great interior, love the pop-top roof with the mattress, interior touch on-off lights. Great price as well!

Recently dealt with Factory Campers for the purchase of our VW T6 campervan. Whilst being very accomodating with the covid restrictions, they were a pleasure to deal with start to finish.

Since having the van delivered we are over the moon with it. The quality is second to none, and we now can’t wait for many happy miles on the road!

A great service from start to finish by Rich and Jo at Factory Campers! We'd been considering buying a campervan for sometime before eventually deciding to take the plunge during lockdown.

Rich helped to guide us through the process of getting a donor van and then let us loose choosing the interior, offering sound, practical advice when needed.

Jo kept us fully informed throughout the 6 week wait whilst the van was converted. Eager to get going as soon as campsites reopened, Rich did an amazing quick turn around to have the van ready for us in time for our first weekend away.

The van was the talk of the street when we got it home and has had a lot of attention from our few trips away already, which just goes to show the quality of the conversion.

Our whole experience from the start has been brilliant with Factory Campers.

As novices to buying a camper, Rich didn't bombard us with overly technical language and spoke with real clarity on all aspects of the van and it's purchase.

Having borrowed a family members VW California that was straight off the conveyor belt, we were worried that a conversion would not live up to the standards and the search for 'best value for money' would result in corners being cut in our expectations.

Just one visit to Factory Campers erased all worries. The standard of camper is amazing. The process Rich and his team has taken us through in purchasing a van shell, choosing our bespoke conversion and then taking us through the conversion process has been great. The speed of purchase to conversion completion was within 5 weeks which is amazing and even during Lockdown, Factory Campers looked after the camper whilst we awaited a time to collect.

We can't recommend Factory Campers enough. If you are thinking of purchasing a quality campervan, I wouldn't look any further. We love our camper.
