The ultimate scam!!!! DON'T buy ANY of their programs. They trick you into a "7 day trial for 1,99" but they also charge you with $129 that you don't sign for. In all their webs they claim a "14 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE" but if you ask for it, they won't refund you anything asking if you have read their policies. No need to read it you in your front web page you tell clients of your "14 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE", right? So it is all a simply and clear SCAM just to get into your pockets and they care nothing about clients experience.
This is supossed to be a course to improve your face expression and lessen aging, and this whole dealing with this company has given me 5 more years on my face in only 3 days.
DONT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Dear Facego customer service,
please, refrain from copying and pasting the same answer that you did for every other feedback on this website.
We both know it's worthless.
As mentioned above, they take advantage of people's inattentiveness. They lure you in by selling you a 2-dollar trial and then charge you 50 dollars 7 days later. And of course, it's stated in their terms and conditions. And of course, people "agree" to this by not being careful or attentive enough.
But if they were doing business in an ethical way, they would have already changed trial subscription conditions (after sooooo many complaints) and made the subscription process more transparent (take Amazon Prime, for example).
The funny thing is that even though I had never logged on to the platform, and received 2 reminders that I needed to do so, I was still charged the full amount.
I was promised a full refund, but here I am more than a month later still waiting, and waiting and waiting.

Yes great cash grab, when you purchased the 9.00 program that has a 14 day refund policy, you are automatically enrolled in the 7 day free trial period for the annual membership which is 129.00usd
Miss that sneaky feature when purchasing and you are on the hook for this. Purchased program on the 22dec, requested a refund for the program on the 27dec, 5 days from date of purchase and bam charged for this annual membership on the 28dec, 6 days later. Asked for a refund of this and denied...WOW so unimpressed at this cash grab. Oh and you need to send in pics and videos of yourself doing the exercises or you are locked out and cant move on. This certainly wasnt mentioned in the sales gimmick. I am so upset over all of this. Day 5 requested refund, day 6 charged with annual membership fee and totally ignore my request for a refund of program on 27dec, HOW SHODDY & DECEPTIVE!! I see I AM not the only person who fell for this SCAM!!

I can confirm the below review. They've also stolen money from me in the same way. I had to write to my bank to block the card and repot the transaction as fraudulent. Also, I've been trying to get my money back from them by writing on their website, to their email and Telegram chat. They keep pushing for their subscription which I've never signed to in the 1st place. I called them scammers and got reply by email that I offended them by calling them so. THIS IS DISGUSTING! They've stolen my money and keep playing innocent! Don't ever use their services ever! They are not honest from the very start! There are plenty other honest businesses. Keep your money safe!

This is a fraudulent organisation taking money from your bank without your permission! You can find other reviews about them from people from other countries (search for Es Facegobot and read).
How they do it: first, they hook you on some cheap course - makeup at home in my case). You buy this, pay by your bank card, get an email confirmation and an instant access to your course. And then the fun begins. You receive an email saying 'a few BONUS courses were added to your account'. And then, a few weeks later they take a 'subscription' payment. Turns out, that somehow you are now subscribed to their platform!
I am generally a careful person, and I do read all the small print before I buy something like this online. But here is the catch - they don't provide any of this to you at all. Not as T&Cs to read before you click 'buy', not in any of their emails they send to you. So basically, they just openly steal your money.
Never ever buy anything from them, never reveal your card details! I wish I saw a review like this before I made this purchase.
