I like Face26, but it is not reflecting my correct credits.

This program is extremely difficult or impossible to use. The commands are difficult to use and as such this program is useless. I am extremely dissatisfied

Die App ist in Teilen wirklich brauchbar - leider fällt sie immer wieder für Tage aus. Der Support ist schlecht und nur per Mail erreichbar. Für ein kostenpflichtiges Angebot ist das sehr unprofessionell.

I've used Face26 for several years with good image results. Something appears to have gone wrong in 2025. The website does not accurately reflect my available credits and the site has become increasingly balky. Contacting the company is neither easy nor fruitful. I'm disappointed.

I was amazed at how well it restored my old family pictures, even very low resolution images.

As a professional photo restorer, it did some things very well, and some laughable.
I used it in conjunction with Photoshop and other plug-ins for about a year, with no trouble. While they still owed me over 400 credits, they suddenly went dark about 9 weeks ago.

Tried this on a plenty of various photos, color and black and white. The AI gives an Army green uniform various colors except green. A two tone pickup with a blue top and bottom with white in center comes out red top, weird white center then i would say the bottom could be blue, maybe? Maybe someday you will test it more before trying to sell. I will not be a buyer.

Attempted to sharpen 60 year old color photo. It did put a clear face on the model. Didn't look anything like them, but it was clear.

It was hard to give this website a ONE STAR as there was no option for NO stars. Facebook ads showed how using the FACE29 App could restore old, creased, torn, and faded family photos to very sharp, focused photos. I took the bait to TRY it to see how well it would do that. I had a torn and faded 100-year-old photo that I used. After it was scanned on FACE26, there was NO noticeable improvement. None of the "magic" restoration as promised. I made a second attempt with a more recent photo that was a bit too blurry. FACE36 did sharpen up 3 faces, but none of the remainder of the photo. AND... the faces were not accurate. Apparently, AI takes over and reconstructs the facial features, and it was off the mark. As a rule, I NEVER purchase an app until I confirm that it meets my needs. FACE26 fell way below expectations. So I cancelled. I find on my credit card statement that I was CHARGED $59... AND my FACE26 account has NO credits to process additional photos.

I signed up for the free trial. I gave my card info to sign up. I tried using the program on a photo. The photo look very bad after. Each thing I tried did not make the photo looked good. I have been trying to cancel my free trial, but I am not getting in to work. It sends me to the paying page. Three days later I was charged for the lifetime for $123. This is a scam.

Beware that they will keep trying to charge for the full subscription even after you cancel your free trial and delete your account. I utilized their free trial feature and canceled the trial a day before it was supposed to end and closed my account. This company has repeatedly tried to charge my credit card $59 over and over again for the last couple weeks. I've frozen my card and alerted my credit company. My emails to support have bounced back as well.

I signed up for Face26 expecting to receive AI-generated images, but after days of waiting, my model remained stuck in "training" with no results. I tried again, yet the same issue occurred. Their support responded once, asking for my email and promising to check, but after that—nothing. No updates, no replies to my follow-ups, and no service delivered.

If you're considering using this platform, be aware that you might pay for something and receive absolutely nothing in return. I had to request a refund due to their lack of service and communication.

In the colorization of photos with multiple people, some faces remain uncolored; there is also no way to determine how many credits remain on account.

Took an old focus but faded pic. It did nothing except distort colors badly. Almost no difference between before and after depth etc

The enhancement of the image I uploaded as a trial was not enhanced in a way that made the photo realistic. It fell short of the images shown in the advertisement. I was disappointed in how the app was shown to have worked, versus the actual result.

I can't login to my account and I have credits on the account. So when I try to use the application, it says you have 40 seconds to verify your email address. The problem is that I have spam filters on my email server so I never get emails in 40 seconds. It's more like 90 seconds so I can't use the program anymore and there is no way to talk to anyone or contact them.

A lady I know sent me a small photo of her mother but had some damage and unable to make out her face.
She said her mother passed away when she was 9 months old. For most of her seventy years, she always wanted to know what she looked like. It was amazing reproduction with what I call a 95% accuracy.

Es macht mir sehr viel Spaß, mit dieser Seite zu arbeiten. Zwar sind mir auch ein paar Schwachstellen aufgefallen, Dinge die die KI-Tools (noch) nicht leisten können und wo das menschliche Auge einfach besser ist. So können z. B. die KI-Tools beim Kolorieren von Bildern nicht immer perfekt alle Körperteile erfassen. In solchen Fällen muss man dann manuell mit anderen Programmen nachbessern. Manchmal wird eine Person auf einem Schwarzweiß-Bild nach dem Kolorieren mit zwei unterschiedlichen Augenfarben dargestellt. Trotzdem sind die Ergebnisse hervorragend. Ein bisschen störend finde ich, dass die KI-Tools manchmal die Blickrichtung und das Augenlicht einer Person zu stark verändern und dadurch der wesentliche Charakter eines Bildes verloren geht. Die Bilder können nach der Bearbeitung auf den eigenen Rechner heruntergeladen werden. Sämtliche Bilder haben eine Auflösung von 72 dpi (Vorteil: geringer Bytecount der Dateien). Zur Darstellung auf Webseiten und in Word-Dokumenten ist das ausreichend, gewöhnlich sind 96 dpi. Wer eine höhere Auflösung, z. B. für den professionellen Druck haben will (200 dpi und mehr), muss auch hier manuell nachbessern. Ich wiederhole mich, diese Seite ist super.
