Missing pieces
The parcel arrived quickly and on time, but there were three pieces missing from the puzzle which is really disappointing, especially as it was a gift. Rather than a discount or refund, they only offer to send the remaining puzzle pieces, which is pointless given the puzzle has already been completed by the time you realise pieces are missing.

Risposta di FabulousPhotoGifts
Hello,
We’re truly sorry to hear that your puzzle was missing a few pieces — we completely understand how disappointing that can be, especially when it was meant as a gift.
Every puzzle is produced and packed individually, and although our quality checks are very strict, a rare mistake can occasionally happen. We’ve already reached out to you directly to offer a suitable solution, including the option of receiving the missing pieces or a replacement puzzle, and a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
We hope we can make things right and ensure you’re happy with your experience.

Kind regards

Dear Suzanne,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand how disappointing a delayed delivery can be — especially when express shipping has been selected.
As soon as we learned that the initial parcel was being returned due to an address issue, we immediately produced a new puzzle and sent it out again with express shipping completely free of charge. We have since also refunded your express delivery fee as a gesture of goodwill.
We have also reached out to you directly via email to offer you further support.
~
Warm regards
