I ordered the tissue box holder. It is very cute though perhaps a rather light colour. However it is of no use whatsoever for British tissue boxes, it is much too small. I am using it by taking out... Leggi di più

Wasn’t what was originally shown before you went into shop now to buy. They are little disc that don’t even cover the whole ceiling just a round small picture like a kids toy.

Well design and good materials and a good fit. bought in different colours and all well made. Fast and efficient service.

Disappointed
So, so disappointed. Wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered. Thought it would be a lovely flower gift for my mum for Mothers Day. I'd be embarrassed to give it to her. Good job it was only part of her gift. £13 whatever down the drain and straight in the bin. Shame on this company 😡

Seems like a scam - package did eventually arrive
Definitely a scam. Charged above the amount (extra 20%) on invoice for ‘taxes’ but didn’t specify what taxes. Made an additional unauthorised charge. Tracking emails say it’s shipping from USA??? You think you can’t be scammed but these kind of websites don’t even have to try. You just click ‘pay’ and then have so little recourse. Will attempt to resolve with PayPal.
Update from 27 March, 2023. The tracking updates stopped after a few days and I did contact the company directly as Paypal requests that you do that in the first instance. The company, surprisingly, did respond. They did refund me the tax that had been added but after repeated emails they seemed to be fobbing me off by saying the 'courier' was prioritising my delivery. I started a complaint through Paypal and then messages kept going back and forth for days on end with more and more excuses. Then the company gave me a new tracking number through Hermes. Hermes however, didn't show the package was in transit. Very confusingly, the package arrived today and is actually what I ordered. I don't know if this would have been the outcome if I hadn't so actively pursued it. I still would never order from this company. So stressful and really late!

Scammers
Company taken more money than authorised from account, won’t respond to emails or any other form of contact and appears to be using a fake tracking number, so no goods likely to arrive either.

Stay away from this online seller
Stay away from this online seller. They have ads on social media. Bought trousers that were about half the size they claimed. Paid £22. When I asked to return them they said it would be too expensive for me to return them [to China apparently even though not stated on their site]. Offered me £5 and said keep the trousers. I said no then they offered me £8 final offer. I've messaged back saying I want at least 50%, £12 back. Waiting for that reply.......
