Ich hatte Bis jetzt noch keine problem mit den sachen die ich bestellt habe außer das die naht an einer hose sehr dünn war und aufgerissen ist kann man aber mit selber nähen wieder beheben.
Die Preise sind ein wenig übertrieben ja aber ansonsten kann ich mich nicht beschweren und dabei hab ich die sachen schon mehrere monate.
Ich würde mich aber freuen wenn die bei den sachen für frauen auch mal eine L oder XL einführen würden weil ich etwas größer bin als der Durchschnitt.

Costumer services is non existent. Literally had to contact them for 2 months to get help with some sizes, which I described why I couldn't use the size chart, and I literally got a reply back "look at the charts", after 2 months of waiting... I needed help with US sizes as I wanted to surprise my American husband and I live in Denmark, so we don't use the same sizes and neither could I measure him. Support is literally useless, and it doesn't matter if you contact them on Facebook or by email.

OH and they use A LOT of AI in their products videos, as if it makes them cool and makes people buy their products, not understanding that people are more likely to avoid buying. I am not against AI but they'll literally use AI of half naked girls, just to thirst trap. I've never seen any other company this desperate, it's sad.

The products I did buy in the past, husband haven't complained YET.. But there will be hell if they do.

And don't get me started on why they got 2 domains, when I found that out, it instantly screamed scam company for me, especially with the issues listed above, and all the unhappy reviews.

The clothes from this company are not good quality. Especially not for the price. I've spent nearly $600-$800 with the company and nearly all the clothes have torn, shrunk, or ripped. The clothing just isn't worth the cost. The best things that have lasted have been the sweatpants.

Do not buy from this brand. They ship wrong items or miss shipping part of your orders. Then deny any wrongdoing. You will be disappointed with the low quality of the items you receive regardless

I’ve purchase a hoodie, windbreaker, and two pairs of cargo pants. Unfortunately, all had terrible sewing/stiching. The designs are very cool, the material is good quality, but the threads always come unraveled. The zippers on the pants also tend to give out. The nylon straps unravel, and I have so much thread hanging from every connecting piece of fabric. My pants pocket was also accidentally sewn to the leg and wouldn’t open. Sadly they’re not worth the price right now. I threw mine away since mending them became too time consuming and not worth it.

I bought this Hoodie. After a few weeks a discovered the first bad stiches / Problems with the fabric at the end of the arms. And thought it was my fault. But the problems with sewing went worse. And the Fabric loosen up more and more. After in the armpits, and some other places, the fabric was ripped, and the sewing was gotten worse.

I had contact because of this all with FotU about this all. They are not willing to accept that all,
- they sold this hoodie with bad issues, this hoodie, or batch has a big issue.
- They are hiding behind there "well beyond our return and exchange period"..... only 15 days.
- They have a very bad "business conduct", because there are several more customers with the same problem! (Look at Trustpilot / forum for some more replies).
- The Hoodie was produced in China, and they are asking a high price for this, and offering a very poor low quality!!!
- the fabric is ultra-heavy!!! This should be extra strong and durable.

And the end, they are not willing to bring up a suitable solution, and have a happy customer.

So I will not buy anymore again in the future. This Company is not trustworthy ......

I received my pants but but it was defective. The packet has been stitched at the wrong place so it looks like they just unstitch it and re do it 1cm aside. Of course that fabric is keeping the holes. They are unable to offer an exchange so they tried to offer me 20% discount on the pants arguing that there was already a 15% discount on my order. Well... enjoy my 300 usd order because it will be the only one you'll get from me. You just lost a good customer...

The customer service seems useless and their standards are very low.

Achtung! Ich habe den 199,95€ teuren Pullover H-Type 001A Ultra Heavy Black Hoodie gekauft. Eigentlich ein tolles Produkt, aber die Nähte lösen sich bereits. Den Pullover habe ich extrem pfleglich behandelt und nur wenige Male getragen. Mit dem Kundenservice habe ich bereits Kontakt aufgenommen, die weisen jede Schuld von sich. Das der Pullover erst sieben Monate jung ist, spielt überhaupt keine Rolle. Gute Qualität sieht anders aus, guter Kundenservice sieht anders aus! Im übrigen besteht auch auf Kleidung, Gewährleistung. Davon möchte die Firma aber nichts hören.

I was gonna order the Oni Bomber jacket, which cost 147.67 usd. When I then went to checkout, the total was 253.64 usd, because the also charge "duties" and taxes apparently.
I really like that jacket, but if I have to pay over $100 more to get it, it is definitely not worth it.

Wenn man eine Sache in den Einkaufswagen legt, wird ein Timer gestartet und gesagt, dass es sehr gefragt sei. (Egal, was es ist)
Dazu ist es bei einigen Teilen so, dass dort steht, dass nur noch wenige verfügbar sei.
Find ich schwierig, den Kunden zu versuchen, druck zu machen. Impressum konnte ich auch nicht finden.
Informationen aus was die einzelnen Artikel bestehen bzw. welcher Anteile an Stoff verarbeitet ist (%), gibt es auch nicht oder ist sehr versteckt.
Für den Versand 30€ (Standard) und Express 70€ zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit.
Die Webseite ist nur auf Englisch, obwohl Werbung in Deutschland geschaltet wird.

Wenn ich ehrlich bin sieht diese Seite sehr suspekt aus. Die Seite wurde nicht einmal einen Bildschirm angepasst. Außerdem wenn ich "Hurry! Only 2 units left in stock!" lese, bekomme wieder ein sehr ungutes Gefühl. Man wird dazu dringend aufgefordert etwas zu kaufen, da noch "so wenig Bestand vorhanden ist". Viele werden dazu verleitet etwas zu kaufen. Für mich ist das eine Masche viel Geld zu verdienen. Ein Hoodie im Sale kostet anstatt 55,95 nur 14,95. Das wären 26,72% Rabatt. Davon werden so gut wie alle Hoodies für diesen Preis verkauft in diesem Sale. Krass. Kauft sonst niemand diese Produkte?
