Slecht bedrijf. Ik werd lid en kon toen dingen met korting bestellen. Ik begon toch een beetje te twijfelen aan mijn lidmaatschap en wilde het toch opzeggen en mijn bestelling annuleren. Normaal gesproken niet al te moeilijk, zou je zeggen. Maar de knop om je lidmaatschap op te zeggen zit goed verstopt, en om je bestelling te annuleren moet je de klantenservice spreken. Ik ging daarom naar de live-chat. Wat een enorm opdringerige lui daar. De mevrouw in de chat wilde mijn bestelling niet annuleren en mijn lidmaatschap, dus ze vroeg wel 5x of ik écht wilde opzeggen en niet een bepaalde deal wilde. Uiteindelijk had ze nog een soort speciale deal zodat ik zou blijven. Hier heb ik natuurlijk voor bedankt. Ik heb nog nooit een klantenservice meegemaakt die zó opvallend sales gedreven is naar klanten toe. Voor mij nooit weer.

Ik probeer al weken met hen in contact te komen. Ze sturen automatische mailtjes. Ik heb mn vip member ship gestopt en wil mijn geld terug!!! Ik krijg alleen maar een automatische beantwoording telefoonnummer lijkt niet te werken. Vroeger wel eens wat besteld toen was dit niet zo

Allereerst vind ik hun producten geweldig het blijft mooi. Daarom ben ik al 7 jaar klant.
Maar wat is er met de klantenservice gebeurd, waardeloos!!
Ik ben al 2 weken met ze in gesprek via insta, ik word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd, moet elke x alles uitleggen en elke x wordt er gezegd dat ze het vorige gesprek niet terug kunnen zien. Het staat toch verdorie in de computer! Kennelijk vinden zij alles teveel of te moeilijk, vandaar mijn ene ster! Zo behoud je geen klanten en bovendien zijn zij telefonisch onbereikbaar!!

Mijn vriendin 1 keer laten bestellen via mijn visa kaart, ineens maanden later 54.95 van mijn kaart af. Allemaal kleine lettertjes via de site als je "prijzen kiest".
Kaart maar via mijn bank geblokkeerd en wachten op de nieuwe.. want hey, afmelden zie ik in de revieuws dat het ook niet goed gaat..

Ik kreeg een e-mail met mooie…
Ik kreeg een e-mail met mooie kortingen. Ik was al lang aan het kijken omdat ik graag een legging met een zakje wou op de zijkant, maar je vind dat niet veel.
Ik plaatste mijn bestelling in november en plots in februari merk ik dat er een bedrag van 54 euro van mijn visa kaart gaat. Ik bestelde sinds dien niks nieuws, want de leggings zakken de eerste 2km lopen af (vreselijk!). Tot mijn grote verbazing hebben ze een maandelijks abonnement afgesloten zonder mijn weet!!!!
Ik bel, mail en chat via de website, maar dat is een ramp. Je krijgt alleen maar contact met een ingesproken stem of een chatbox!
Nooit meer bestel ik op deze site!

Bedankt voor het melden van dit probleem. Het spijt ons ontzettend om te horen over alle ongemakken die je hebt ondervonden toen je ons probeerde te bereiken en we zijn er zeker van dat we een goede oplossing kunnen vinden.
We willen je graag informeren dat je waarschijnlijk het VIP-lidmaatschap hebt geactiveerd tijdens je eerste aankoop door onze VIP-prijzen te kiezen. Dit lidmaatschap is volledig gratis omdat onze klanten de optie hebben om elke maand tussen de 1e en 5e over te slaan om onverwachte kosten te voorkomen.
Aan de andere kant, als er kosten worden berekend, wordt dat geld je ledenkrediet dat je kunt gebruiken voor aankopen tot 80 euro.
We gaan je gebruikersaccount controleren met behulp van de referentie die je hebt opgegeven en nemen daarna zo snel mogelijk contact met je op.

this company is running the biggest scam there is! i have been trying to cancel my membership and get my membership credits refunded - as soon as I get through to customer service and ask this question, they immediately end the chat! I have been through this all morning and my membership has still not been cancelled and they keep billing my credit card!
To make it worse, the phone number listed on their website and in their newsletters as the customer service number is out of service so the only way to reach them is via chat.
Anyone considering purchasing from them or joining their membership program, you do so at your own risk.

Pas op voor VIP membership!
De prijzen blijken te mooi om waar te zijn! Ik ben er helaas ingetrapt via een instagram reclame. Als je voor de ‘aanbiedings’ prijs gaat (blijkbaar kan je kiezen) krijg je er direct een VIP membership bij wat inhoudt dat er maandelijks €54,95 automatisch van je rekening wordt afgeschreven (wat dan wordt omgezet naar een soort tegoed). Dit wordt niet duidelijk aangegeven bij de aankoop. De informatie rondom dit VIP membership is heel lastig te vinden op de website en ook erg onduidelijk. Als je het vrijwillig stopzet ben je direct je tegoed kwijt, dus enige opties zijn uitgeven, skippen (binnen de 1e 5 dagen van de maand??) of op pauze zetten. Voor de kwaliteit hoef je hier ook geen spullen te kopen, het is prima voor de aanbiedingsprijs inderdaad, maar het is de volle prijs en het VIP gedoe zeker niet waard!
Update:
Na heel wat mailtjes met de NL klantenservice doorverwezen naar de engelse klantenservice via de website. Hier heb ik het voor elkaar gekregen dat ze ‘met hoge uitzondering’ het geld van het membership hebben terug gestort - volgens mij is dit gewoon wettelijk verplicht omdat er een 14 daags ontbindingstermijn zit op abbonementen. Toen ik ook het account compleet wou verwijderen kon dit blijkbaar ook alleen via de klantenservice via de website- je kan dus niet zelf het account verwijderen! Uiteindelijk wel alles gelukt en terug gekregen maar wat een gedoe, zal dit nog steeds aan niemand aanraden!

De service is rampzalig!
De service en klantenservice is rampzalig! Je kunt ze telefonisch niet bereiken (continu in gesprek), het wachten op antwoorden via de mail duurt lang. Wat een drama hier!
Ik zat plots aan een duur abonnement vast, waar ik enorm moeilijk vanaf kon. Ik wou kleding retourneren, maar de site liep dagen lang vast zowel op mijn pc als op mijn telefoon.
Enorm teleurgesteld!
Update: nav het plaatsen van deze reactie kreeg ik een engelse mail van een medewerker, maar zelfs toen ging het traag. Het zijn echt kopzorgen hier als je wilt retourneren of contact zoekt met een medewerker. Ik heb PayPall in geschakeld voor hulp.
Update 11-03-2025 Paypall kan geen hulp bieden en Fab, reageert niet op mijn retouren en ik wacht nog steeds op mijn geld! Wordt vervolgt, maar laat je niet verleiden om hier te kopen.

Van loyale klant naar teleurgesteld – slechte klantenservice
Ik was jarenlang een trouwe klant van Fabletics en ging altijd bewust om met mijn lidmaatschap. Nooit had ik problemen, tot een paar maanden geleden, toen ik voor het eerst iets retour wilde sturen. Het retourformulier dat ik kreeg, bleek onjuist, en mijn pakket werd teruggestuurd omdat het warehouse gesloten was.
Wat volgde was een eindeloze reeks e-mails, want telefonisch zijn ze simpelweg niet bereikbaar, de lijn is altijd bezet of niet in gebruik. Na veel gedoe lukte het uiteindelijk om mijn pakket te retourneren, en als compensatie kreeg ik 70% korting op mijn volgende bestelling. Maar je raadt het al: die korting is nooit toegepast.
Omdat ik nog tegoed op mijn account had, probeerde ik contact op te nemen. Vier keer heb ik gemaild, maar er komt geen enkele reactie meer. Ik hoop op een wonder, zodat ik nog één keer kan bestellen en mijn tegoed kan opmaken. Daarna ben ik er klaar mee. Zonde, want ik was echt een loyale klant, tot alles misging.

De keuze is reuze. Fijn shoppen ook. Gemakkelijk en overzichtelijk. Enige min punt is het niet kunnen betalen via iDeal. Dat vind ik persoonlijk een groot gemis.

They make it very difficult to return the order
They make it very hard to return your order.
Support is not great, only half of my request was acknowledged and after 2 weeks it is still not fully processed.
Ordered some slortswear, unfortunately i dont like the fabrics and stitching. My initial email with the return/refund was send in the 18th of November, unfortunately so far i have not received instructions on how to return my order. Very disappointing, do not recommend ordering here.
