Great service, great product.

Quality of product and workmanship is low. Design uses engineering practise that consider questionable. Warranty is practically worthless and company from experience will try everything to try to get out of meeting their obligations.

Always available and I got what I wanted and at a great price

Very impressed with my installation, I followed the instruction carefully expecting to not get it from time to time, but most of those time is because I just could not accept that it really was that easy.

But I would suggest strongly follow the instructions carefully oh and if you have a friendly neighbour or family member who is careful at doing DIY things then include them and listen carefully to their advise and do it together.
It was fun and it was rewarding to see the job so well done.

Self installed remote controlled version about a year ago. Couldn't be happier! I work nights so it's great to be able to lower a sound dampening 'wall' over the window space during the day. We have evaporative AC so it's also good in summer to be able to leave the window fully open (with fly screen) with the shutter slats ajar... air flow is good with minimal sunlight. Shutter has never missed a beat

Great product supported by a great team at easy fit shutters. These people go out of their way to make sure a customer is satisfied with the quality product. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Lots of hassles with smaller shutters locking up and getting damaged

Excellent service and product. Did our whole house and very happy with them.

Had some trouble with communications and the wrong fitting supplied for the switch mechanism but resolved after a fair period of time in getting the correct fitting. Quality of the actual roller is excellent.

Some issue with motor adjustments.
Limits need to be tested sorely before sending to a customer.

Great product information and customer service . Could be a little more specific with product installation in regard to the installation of roller shutter lock system.
