Financial advise to lower outstanding for loans

I’ve been liaising with them for the past few months and honestly, the whole experience has been really smooth and fuss-free. They are very fast in responding, helpful, and genuinely nice to deal with.

Initially it was pretty cumbersome with remote verification calls, but onsite staff - Keith, took over to clarify. Keith was also direct and honest which alleviated the initial discomfort and annoyance with the demands.

Made a last min appointment today. Was greeted by Ellen who walked me through the entire process. I requested for a 'X' amount and was given approval.
