it's all a lie
you book a lesson, you get a booking confirmation, then the instructor calls you to say that actually they are not available at the time. You don't get a refund in money, only in EzLicence credits, but they are useless because the story above repeats with every. Single. Driver. On that app. I am at attempt 5 at the moment to get something out of the 400 pounds I sunk there.
UPD: I did eventually manage to book the lessons at a convenient time for me, it is possible! But they definitely shouldn't say "booking confirmed" when it actually isn't.

Best Instructor in London
Learning to drive with Salim has been really fun. He’s funny, makes the lessons enjoyable, and always makes you feel proud of your progress. I actually looked forward to every lesson and feel a lot more confident behind the wheel. I would highly recommend him.

With only a few lessons, I passed my test at Erith Driving Test Centre, which many YouTube videos say is the hardest in London. I’m very happy and grateful!

After leaving my previous instructor, I found EzLicence online and it suits me really well. It’s very easy to book lessons. I also found a very good and professional instructor. I had a great experience with Anja…
I had a great experience with Anja during my 11 hours of refresher sessions. Although I had driven for years previously, it was on the right (left-hand drive cars) and I hadn't driven since 2018. So I needed help polishing my skills for UK roads. Thanks to Anja, I have regained my full confidence behind the wheel.

Youcef is a great instructor
Youcef is a great instructor - I passed my test first time! He has lots of great tips and is an excellent teacher. I found his car very easy to learn on, too. I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about learning to drive!

SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
When you are purchasing the service it is advertised as offering “easy refunds.” However there are no clear, prominent, or proximate disclosure that merely booking a lesson even if later cancelled and not delivered would constitute as “use of the service” and extinguish all cooling-off rights.
Any such limitation appears only within linked terms and conditions and was not transparently disclosed before payment which is literally misleading omission.
If anyone else is struggling to get a refund just start a chargeback via your bank, though it is a tedious process you will get your money back as you haven't used the service.
