Have just come off the phone with Hamish regarding replacing a part ( my fault ) Really happy with the service and advice offered. Being someone with several bikes with several vehicles. I use a number of other brands of racks. The E- Rack 2 is our most versatile.
We've had the Ezigrip Enduro 4 for a few years now, couldn't be happier with it, Easy to use, well made, + lightboard is a must. the rack is quick to set up, and secure on long trips. Customer service is also next level from this company. I highly recommend Ezigrip products

I have two of these racks, a standard Advantage 2 bike carrier and the 4 bike Enduro. The later I have for many years - great racks, had an issue with a bolt a couple of years back (probably my fault for over tightening) they were a pleasure to deal with and sent it out free of charge.
Contacted ezigrip because we had the wrong bolts that were discontinued (old stock) which caused our rack to become unusable. They were happy to replace the rack no questions asked. Can't ask for better service than that.
Great service —- a replacement part received via Hamish in just 2 days , hassle-free , easy to deal with … totally satisfied with this Company and its bike racks.

I have had my EziGrip rack for 18 months and reached out to the company regarding an issue that I was experiencing locking the mechanism to the tow ball. Much to my surprise I received an immediate response from Hamish with a genuine desire to workshop the issue and find a solution. The quality of customer care I received was beyond expectation and head and shoulders above anything I have experienced in the past.
This is the type of service and care taught in high level business studies but rarely seen in practice.
