When you placed your order with us over the phone, we explained that the service you chose was a 5-7 day shipping service with our courier partners BJS Home Delivery. We also explained, they would be in touch with you to schedule your delivery.
We sent you a shipping confirmation on 2nd September with this information and then BJS Home Delivery reached out to you on 4th September to schedule your delivery for 15th September.
We apologise if you feel there was a lack of contact from us or our delivery partners in arranging your delivery.
We have a streamlined service in place, making every step of ordering, through to delivery, as simple as possible, however, we will take your feedback on board.

Delivery issues
Mattress arrived on Saturday as arranged, very comfortable. The only reason for reducing number of stars is the lack of communication between Eze and BJS the delivery company. The delivery person was about to leave when I realised they had left the unopened box, Although the person was very polite he took a lot of convincing that I had paid the £50 VIP delivery, eventually he went back to the van, I thought he was about to drive off but he eventually returned and completed the job. Shame great mattress, stressful delivery

Very comfortable mattress.
The mattress is as described and very comfortable. Delivery worked well. My only problem was the fact that it appeared in the mattress care instructions that it is not advisable to use a hot water bottle with the mattress. I understand this is not the case and it is just not advisable to use an electric blanket.

Mattress itself is great
Mattress itself is great.
Delivery was a bit of a nightmare.
Next day delivery took almost a week to arrive.
Staff at Eze were excellent in trying to assist, and called and emailed regularly, but dx delivery made various errors which resulted in several last minute delays.
Mattress eventually arrived after 6 days in a damaged box with the mattress hanging out of the bottom. Fortunately not damaged.
Like I say, great mattress but I ended up having to stay home Monday-Fri waiting on the delivery wasting a week’s holiday.

Excellent service. Mattress was delivered on time & the operatives carried it upstairs & unpacked very quickly. The old unit was removed on their departure.
The mattress itself is very comfortable & seems to be very well put together.
As far as longevity is concerned only time will tell.
In conclusion on the occasions I have contacted them their Customer Service has been second to none.
Would definitely recommend this mattress to family & friends.
