A bit disappointed as we paid extra to have the old mattress picked up and new one delivered on the same day but that did not happen they would not take the old one back they said the van was full.

Very comfortable mattress as in the…
Very comfortable mattress as in the Which? review. An observation about their customer service - I had emailed them about the status of delivery (as it was delayed by a few weeks) and never received a response. I had asked for a 2 man delivery with unpacking - at the time of delivery, they didn't do the unpacking as ordered. Upon contacting customer service, they refunded just for that service. I will update on the durability of the mattress later.

what can i say…
first time in years i have slept so well i thought a mattrass was a mattrass untill i did my home work. came across eze on gopgle search and the company is only 10 mile away seen the reviews and sent them emails and soon to reply, mean time ordered bed from bensons seen there mattrass and reviews and did not take me long to make up my mind eze here we come, could not fault there website and coms by email are spot on and delivery was next day by dx frieght and the driver was spot on very polite and helpfull to lift me in house with mattress (is heavy but in a box on wheels) so would i use again yes would i recomend to friends yes is it worth the money only time will tell

Easy to order and delivered in time
Easy to order and delivered in time. Mattress is comfortable and was easy to unpack. At over 40kg, for a single person household, it was tricky to get into the house over a couple of steps. There are some wheels on the box but the box wasn't really very robust

It was delivered to the wrong address
It was delivered to the wrong address. The property is let out as an Airbnb. The guest accepted it - not sure why! I got a call from the owners and I alone had to drag the very heavy box back to my house a couple hundred metres and get it upstairs. The good news I love the mattress - a clue her to possible areas of improvement.

Came when you said it would. Delivery was quick and tidy. Remivsl of the old one and packing of the new was fine.

Good first impression
Easy to use website, good communication once ordered, swift and efficient delivery and pleased that they disposed of our old mattress-although this incurred an additional charge.
We have only had the mattress a week but first impressions are good. It is perhaps not as soft as I’d expected but it is comfortable nevertheless. We were looking for a soft mattress and as we ordered this online (mainly due to excellent Which? Review) we didn’t get to test it out. It’s certainly not too soft but we’re happy with it so far.

Excellent customer service
We had excellent customer service from the Eze mattress team. Unfortunately our mattress delivery was delayed but the people from Eze did all they could to sort the situation and kept me informed all the way. Despite the abysmal delivery company damaging the box and keeping us all in the dark about the progress of the parcel, we finally received our mattress which was fortunately undamaged inside the mangled box. The mattress is really good and very comfortable. Well worth the journey to an improved sleeping experience.

Arrived as notified. Pleasant and helpful driver. Easy to order. Box a bit disheveled when it arrived, looked like it had taken a trip over the himalayers on an elephant who stomped on it. However the contents were perfect and have made for a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.

Top notch mattress in a vacuum bag.
My EZE mattress finally made it to my bed and a fabulous thing it is too! Hard to believe that a pocket sprung mattress could come in a rolled up vacuum pack.....and be so heavy! Just as well we like it as it would be impossible to return in original packaging had there been a problem. Delivery company were a bit of a nightmare however EZE refunded the cost of delivery. Hope it lasts the 30 years our previous mattress did!

New Single Mattress for child
The mattress is very tall and comfortable but could be a bit softer. It also is very nice as it allows you to relax all your muscles and lets me have some of the best sleeping experiences ever

Amazing mattress. Let it settle for 24 hours!
I have residual back problems from a year long sciatica and bulging disc episode a while back. Takes me a while to get moving in the morning, but not anymore! We got the max mattress and the difference it makes to my sleep and movement first thing is unbelievable! Overheating at night has calmed down too.
Mattress arrived next working day as promised. Great service. Strongly advise leaving it alone for 24 hours after unpacking. We had a cheeky lie on it after a few hours and we were a bit worried but the next day, it was like a different mattress. Just needs time to relax. Also, don't underestimate how deep this mattress is! We are much higher up now!
