Awesome customer service
Awesome customer service, I work with Tesla in Fremont, CA as a machinery maintenance technician. I had a pair of my safety glasses fall off my face while upstairs by the time I could get down to them a forklift already ran them over. I contacted customer service, and they assisted me by getting my prescription to the lab and start my new order immediately. Awesome company and awesome customer service!

Sarah Clark was great, but the website, yikes.
Sarah Clark was great, super quick and was able to get my order moving. Very no hassle. I have no gripes with the customer service, but the lost star is for the website. I don't know if it's because of the integration with my company or what, but the EyeWeb BoydGroup UX and navigation is atrocious. Get some coding kids from a local college and make a better page.

First pair of safety glasses didn’t fit right
Received my first pair of safety glasses. Very prompt with the order. The arms of the glasses were to tight for my big head😅
Tim worked with me on picking out another pair. And after picking out the frame I wanted he started the shipping process same day. Thanks Tim for all your help⭐️

Superb and timely customer service
I ordered safety glasses using my work benefit for the first time a few weeks ago. The process was easy and the shipment came within the timeframe that was communicated.
When I received the glasses I experienced an issue where the frame was crooked and felt uncomfortable when I put them on.
Although I had reserves that nothing would be done since it was through a work benefit, I reached out over email.
Tim from Save Vision, Eyeweb was fantastic!!
First, he gave me detailed instructions on how to place the exchange order. I misunderstood the email when I couldn't find the button that I was looking for and ended up submitting a new order adding the comment 'Exchange' underneath.
Because my benefit was just recently used for that cycle, I was denied the order.
I reached out on the same email thread to add my company's safety representative asking them to 'reopen the benefit' (per the text message instructions), and the team at SafeVision responded to the thread before my company representative did, resolving the issue right away!!!
The customer service that Tim provided was extremely helpful, and he was very understanding of the issue. I would highly recommend using this company for safety glasses!

Correct order is on the way.
After having received an email stating that my glasses were on their way, I saw where the info provided in the email was for a cancelled order. At once, I reached out and Ms. Clark checked on the order # and indeed told me that the correct order for glasses was in the shipping process. The promptness in dispelling my fears is very much appreciated.
