Reasonably priced sunglasses that are decently made, BUT THE CLAIM THEY ARE POLARIZING IS BULLSHIT. NOT POLARZIING.........

Bought a pair not as described and then charged me for the return shipping. Real bummer bc I liked them. Note: the Puit Vipers are for kids not adults so when you pick up a pair they wont fit and then they hit with the return shipping :/

I see that the average feedback is pretty bad, but my (only) experience was good.

Company said order was delivered but I never received it. Because I live in a small condominium they asked me to check with my neighbors which I did and no one had my sunglasses. Exceedingly frustrated trying to get in touch with them either by text or email. Just sent an email this morning for a refund-will see what transpires!
I just wanted an inexpensive pair when I go walking for exercise so it's not like I paid a fortune but I HATE getting ripped off!

Been waiting for 3 weeks for my sunglasses to arrive. Absolutely horrible tracking service through USPS absolutely horrible customer service who you can only get through by email. They continually tell you to wait for your package. Stay away from this company.

The major red flag is no phone contact. This means chinese drop shipper at best, Never received the glasses, delayed song and dance via email from less than professional customer service reps. Pay via paypal so you can get the refund much quicker. Avoid the hassles and buy elsewhere.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from them. It lost screws about 1 month of light use. The customer service refuses to repair or return.

This store also put a fake high list price and a big discount on their product.

If possible, I would give this company LESS THAN 1 STAR!!!
Proceed with caution, as my glasses fell apart, and I received no satisfaction from this company.

After further review, I found that the high-end Serengeti glasses I received were knockoffs. Look elsewhere. The lower prices are reflective of cheap products, not the products you believe you are getting.

They provide no names on the emails, no phone number to call and vague claims.

They offer good sunglasses cheap AF. I have ordered many times from them now, only once was a product damaged and it was a free return per their policy right on their web page.

As for the product itself I see the debate 'raging' at this site I frequent and I believe most if not all the negative comments about the quality are from people who have not bought from eyedictive. Most brands have some sort of etching or imprinting on the lens and the frame. Counterfeits don't do that, or the few that do will do it poorly.

Some complaints are about the styles, and I can agree with that to a point. Keep looking. They'll have something you like sooner or later. Taste is not a defining value of quality.

I bought shades for around $40 but those bigger for me and returned it. I didn’t use it for more than 1 min. I returned it via USPS and sent the shipping label. They said they don’t reimburse the shipping cost. This is not my issue. Those are bigger so now I lost 10$ Without product. They stole the money from me using their company policies. Why don’t they set up store instead of online where they can’t bear these expenses. Without thinking they designed the policies. They set up online company to steal the peoples money.

Received a pair of Polaroid Polarized Ruthenium/Havana Aviator sunglasses within the past year and few days ago one of the lenses came out of the frame. Contacted Eyedictive.com customer service who said they only have 30 day return/exchange policy. What a rip off - stay away from this company. Will be filing a claim with BBB and credit card company.

I think they ship me some bootleg products and when I sent them an email they would not respond. I'm going to have to go to my credit card and ring them up for fraud.

Quick and painless order process. I will see how the product is. No free returns!
