Avoid this place. I came for a pre-booked eye test (after arranging precious time off work) only to find the shop shut with a sign on the door that the patients would be contacted; this never happened!!! The same confirmed by another customer showing up, booked on the next slot after me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I went to choose new glasses and Charlene was first class in helping me with fit and type that would suit me. The choice she gave me was above and beyond what I had expected and her patience was very high.
Ive used Eye2eyeoptical service twice now for reglazing some frames. Great service and communication. They were very helpful and I'll certainly be using them again.

sent e2e a message on monday, sent frames with prescription on tuesday with RM 24hr delivery. specs on my face 1pm friday same week.my vision is good to go with the lenses. awesome customer service. vfm off the chart. this is the second or third time i have had similar service, fan boy and won't hesitate to use again
Terrible customer service. They will spend every living minute to find ways to NOT ANSWER your queries. They go like "please check our old emails to see if this query is necessary". Yes Dear Teacher, you can go bully some 5 years olds to satisfy your need to lecture around. Thanks but I am going elsewhere. Those Hongkong ebay sellers have far better customer service than you.
