The process was smooth and simple. The ability to customize the order was a painless process and I am looking forward to giving the PC a good run.

Justin reached out to me after I left my purchase cart overnight to inquire why I didn't purchase. This showed what I believe to be a sincere attempt at understanding their customers and a desire to build a positive relationship with them.

They have also proved to be flexible with the addition of components that were not listed within any of the packages (additional memory, hard drives).

I found it easy to get a pc price for performance was pretty high I will have to get a gpu immediately because for 1200 bucks a gpu that is as bad as the one in this rig is crazy
