Great customer service
We purchased two sets of interconnecting lights for the garden unfortunately one set did not work. After contacting the company easy to return and replacement sent out promptly excellent customer service. The lights are just what we wanted look lovely round the garden.

The plastic bag packaging was torn
The plastic bag packaging was torn.
All the bulb were still in the bag but could pull the smaller items out easily through torn edge seam. Not strong enough for Royal Mail machines. ?

Great products and Customer Service
I have bought around 12 x 6 way and 6 x 4 way switched surge protected extensions and they are great.
Well made and functional. No dramas with delivery or service.

Friendly and efficient customer service. Quick and easy replacement of my faulty lights. Unfortunately the replacement also failed so I am not impressed with the product but I cannot fault the customer service.
