You were very punctual. The product is excellent

The order came promptly as usual but the salve was hard. It did not have a vacuum seal on it and it's dried out like my old outdated one I already have. I am extremely dissatisfied to say the least!!

Product was what I ordered and was shipped in a timely manner, however, I received no order confirmation or any other correspondence for that matter and I had to contact support to make sure my order even went through. Communication needs work.
