Will be back!

I waited a couple weeks to leave this review so I could give a completely honest statement. I have to say, I truly love this product. It has become a solid staple in my nightly routine. I fall asleep with much more ease and sleep so much more deeply. I definitely will be a customer for life 🥳

I was struggling with getting a good night’s sleep and my muscles feeling much more sore than usual.

After researching what magnesium supplement spray to take, I decided on Exterra Wellness’s Solace Mist.

I’ve been using the spray for a week now, and the application was super easy. About 30 minutes before bed, I apply the spray to the bottoms of my feet and massage it in. No greasy or sticky residue.

I felt a slight tingling sensation when applying it the first two days (this is normal if you’re deficient in magnesium) but went away on the third day.

After a week of use, within 10-15 minutes of applying the spray, I feel extremely relaxed and sleepy, which has made falling asleep super easy. I don’t feel groggy upon waking up and feel much more refreshed.

I’ve also noticed it has helped relieve muscle soreness, especially in my shoulders.

Solace Mist Spray has been a game changer for my quality of sleep and relieving muscle soreness.

I highly recommend this spray for anyone looking to naturally improve their sleep and recovery.

The Solace Mist magnesium spray has been a total game changer for my quality and quantity of sleep. I used to wake up multiple times per night and was always tired. Just a few sprays on my feet at bedtime and my deep sleep cycles have tripled and I wake up feeling rested.
Packaging and shipping was amazing too.
I’m recommending Exterra Wellness to everyone!

Fast shipping! Started using the product and noticed a difference in how relaxed I felt and how fast I feel asleep!

A Game-Changer for My Sleep Routine

I’ve tried so many things over the years to improve my sleep; teas, supplements, melatonin, you name it. But nothing has worked quite like Solace Mist from Exterra Wellness.

From the very first night, I noticed a difference. There’s something incredibly grounding about the ritual of applying the mist. Just a few sprays on my legs and shoulders before bed, and my body starts to relax almost instantly. Within minutes, I feel calmer, more centered, and ready for sleep in a way that feels natural, not forced.

I’m sleeping deeper, waking up feeling more refreshed, and the nightly routine itself has become something I genuinely look forward to.

Solace Mist hasn’t just improved my sleep - it’s helped me build a ritual around rest, which has made all the difference.

If you're struggling with sleep or just looking to create a calming nighttime routine, I can’t recommend Exterra Wellness enough. It’s simple, clean, and it works.

Not only is the Solace Mist a great product, but the whole experience with Exterra Wellness was smooth from start to finish. My ordered was shipped quickly, was beautifully packaged, and included a helpful insert on how to use it as part of a sleep ritual. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. Will definitely order again.

My package arrived promptly. I started putting it on my feet before bed and I believe that I have been getting a more restful nights sleep. Very happy with the results.
