I cannot say enough about the team at Express Oil Change, especially Mark. I walked up to their shop with my car stranded down the road in a very difficult situation. My serpentine belt had fallen off and my power steering was out. Mark immediately took charge and guided me through what to do.
By the time I got to their shop with my car I was completely exhausted from muscling it out of a parking lot without power steering. There was only one tight parking space available between two cars, and I simply didn't have the strength or confidence to park without power steering. Without hesitation one of their employees stepped up and parked my car for me.
After inspecting the vehicle, they immediately recognized that the alternator was falling off and that hardware appeared to be missing. They were honest enough to tell me it needed to go back to the dealership that had replaced the alternator 10 months ago. They didn't charge me a single penny for their time or expertise, and they even volunteered to meet the tow truck so I didn't have to wait for it.
This team was friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and went far beyond what was expected. They turned a very stressful morning into something manageable. I am so grateful for all of them.
