I have been using Exposure's lights for the past couple of years without incident. Quite simply, they are the best lights I've had. However, one of the bands on the light broke off. I contacted Exposure asking if I could buy another via email and received a rapid response. Unfortunately, they did not sell them separately but there were happy to send them free of charge. Awesome customer service...

Products cost but are top notch but it's when they break you really find out how good the company is. Probably the best customer service out there. Quick to repair or replace. Everyone you speak to on the phone is most helpful would highly recommend

I have used exposure lights and service department a couple of times over the years , and they are second to none one of the best customer service departments I have ever used. Absolutely fantastic.
Spend your money buy the best with total piece of mind.
I will never buy any other light package for my bike!

Fantastic customer service on the run up to Christmas, so a busy time of year.
Sent my old Race MK7 in for a switch repair. Received back today and working fine. Great communication from Matt on the work. Very reasonable cost too, expected to pay more.
I also have a Joystick, Race15 and flash/flare. can't fault them

Really disappointing "Link" bike lights.

Almost unusable because of the poor design.

Lack of pure strobe mode.

Excess of fiddly useless modes.

Poor battery life.

Avoid.

Fantastic customer service experience combined with having the best products in the market mean I wouldn't look at any other brand for bike lights.
The planned obsolescence model of many modern product businesses does not appear to be adopted by Exposure; they quickly and easily repaired my front light when it developed a fault with only basic information requested and at no cost. Any business promoting repair and reuse instead of throw away and buy again must be given the positive recognition they deserve.

My bike lights, which are several years out of warrenty, recently stopped recharging, I contacted customer service who asked me to return them, within a couple of days they advised that the lights could be repaired at a very resonable price, as my lights were out of production they also offered me a new pair of lights at a discounted price. I have taken the new lights

What a great attitude and customer service for a very small customer.
I highly recommend using these guys, also I must say that the products are of great quality

So frustrating- had this one back at the factory before but still doesn’t work as advertised - impossible to turn on or off FFS sort it out

Premium price for a product that works yet has a bargain basement unit holder. I've had 4 Blaze rear lights and lost 4. One due to it being on a bike that was stolen and the others as they fell off whilst riding on the road. One fell off including the holder which I'd had for a couple of years. I then bought two replacements and both have fallen off whilst riding on the road and they've had little use. In both the latest instances the holders remained in place. The response from Exposure was pretty pathetic and unreflective of the premium price charged for the product. In essence "we're sorry to hear that check the holder for any damage". Both holders have had little use and were supplied by Exposure. I've absolutely no confidence that when i finish a ride the light will still be in place which is pathetic given the cost. In comparison I've had a £20 light attached to a mountain bike (which gets significantly greater use) for ovet 7 years which has never fallen off. There are other quality lights out there on a par with these but you'll be confident they're still there at the end of the ride. They should take some lessons from Hope who have premium products at premium prices and back it up with premium curtomer service

Fantastic products, fantastic customer service. I’ve used Exposure lights for a long time, and really don’t trust anything else for both my daytime and night rides.

Exposure Lights customer service is excellent. I've had a Joystick for 10+years and it's been back for repair twice first to replace the piggyback port which was done for free and second to replace the on/off button which I was charged a reasonable price. It's all done informatively and professionally and I'm very happy with this level of service.

I've been using Exposure lights for about 2/3 years and all I can say truly is they are bomb proof.

I have done 24hr bike rides through to the local 10 mile TT with these lights and they are running as strong as the day I first bought them.

I will note that after 2 years of nearly daily use my rear Tracr light rubber covering of the USB slot started to perish. But I contacted Exposure to ask to purchase a replacement cover as it would be outside of warranty and they replaced it for free.

Any interactions I've had with the team at Exposure Lights has fantastic and the website is easy to navigate.
