I called for customer service. Could not get an answer. NOTHING.
When dialed 1 for sales. Call answered immediately. I could not get any immediate customer service. Person who answered said I would get a call or an email.

Great marketing choice!!
We are at the moment building up our marketing portfolio with social media and different advertising websites. It is great to see this paying off and it is wonderful to get a lead call that leads to a job for us. We were able to take care of the customer and she seemed satisfied with our pricing and service. Expertise gave us a good lead! I would state that there could be improvement with providing information and not leaving the lead on hold for so long; but they were able to get us someone who had money to hire an attorney and was in our service area.

Carlo Dagdag - Great Job!
Carlo Dagdag connected me with a woman who recently lost her husband. Through this connection, I was able to complete an intake, and we signed her as a client the next day!
Carlo followed up with me the next day and when I asked how he found Gibbons Law, gave a very clear explanation for which I was thankful.

We are a financial planning company helping clients with retirement. We received a call from an Expertise representative, out of the blue stating they had a client for us. She forwarded the call after announcing him and we were able to hold a free consultation with him and his wife.

Not worth your time
I scheduled a meeting with them and they no-showed. The next meeting I scheduled the guy showed up (yay!) and said it takes 6-12 months to get listed for free but DONT YOU WORRY! For the low price of (insert a dollar amount they never provided) you could get listed in 48 hours! When I told the guy I understand the paywall system they have in place and that he didn't need to sell me on some waiting period trick, he let his guard down and admitted it was all BS. That their "backlog" isn't real its all just a paywall scam.
In all honesty, I was willing to pay as long as it wasn't too high. Their DA score is decent and they showed up on the first page for the keyword I wanted. As a new business owner I am not there yet and would pay until I got there.
However.... They ghosted me again. Whats funny is they wouldn't even pass their made up "vetting" process if they did a secret shopper against themselves. The authorities should really audit this company, I bet they would get massive fines and/or get shut down.

First, the team member who missed your initial meeting is no longer with the company, and we have re-emphasized the importance of timely communication to our team.
Second, we should have done a better job explaining how we operate, but we respectfully disagree with the claim that our process is a "waiting period trick" or that our team member admitted it was "BS."
Unlike many of our competitors, who list anyone, we aim to ensure our lists contain only the best service professionals. We have a structured research process for updating our site. Most businesses on our site are picked up in this regular research process and listed for free.
However, we understand some businesses want an expedited review. For this, our research, production, content, and service teams all work to prioritize the request outside of our normal process. Because of the time and expense incurred by performing this one-off review, we charge a fee for this expedited request.
We understand that some businesses don't need the expedited review, so we slot them into our next regular review of the service category, which could take 6 - 12 months, depending on our schedule.
We apologize for the poor communication and appreciate the feedback, which we will use to continue improving.
