I had a visit to quote for a new boiler, no pressure sales, the boiler was fitted with no problems. The area was clean and tidy including my stairs which were vacuumed as well.

We had a Baxi 830 Heat Only Boiler installed by Expert Heat.
They turned up last Saturday, on probably the worst day of the year so far, as the snow was at least 6 inches deep, the roads very bad.
The boiler was installed efficiently, all the radiators checked and working and all of the mess, including the old boiler taken away.
Thank You Chris for arranging the fitting (Boiler and Electrical work) and keeping in touch, for a very fair price. Thank you Michael for the very prompt installation.

Great service from the quotation to the finished work.
Expert Heat checked our water pressure was suitable for the boiler we had chosen.
They arrived on time and worked hard with the minimal disruption to our home life.
They cleaned up , put carpet back so we could move around after they had finished for the day.
At all times they kept us informed re the work being undertaken.
They even helped us by moving a heavy settee back into place at the end of the job.
The fitters were very polite and worked around our needs to get the job done.
The boiler is super, infact our house as never been so we'll heated.
I would say the price was very good for the work and the quality of the work carried out.
Post fitting as you'd expect a few little niggles occurred. Expert Heat were literally just a call away.
They attended and all was well by the next morning.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Expert Heat.

Chris from expert heating came to service our gas boiler. We were extremely pleased with the service. Chris took time to go through everything, as we were new owners of the property. We feel confident to use them again and would full recommend.

Happy to get my new Worcester boiler installed within days after being let down by another company. Came out within hours to provide a quote on Friday and booked in for Tuesday. A couple of niggles but so happy to have a working boiler now the weather is getting colder.

What can I say about this family company? They’re simply the best!!! From Chris arriving to give me quotes for several boilers to Mikey the fitter coming and working non stop, he takes such a pride in his work, even on his hands and knees vacuuming the floor before leaving, I’ve never seen such commitment. Expertheat came on the day and time as agreed. No fuss, no mess. The job had to be changed because of the situation in my house; they gave me an amended estimate to allow for changes to the work needed, which was quite acceptable. They completed the job speedily. I was very happy with the work done. Importantly, it was done at a very fair price.

Chris came and gave us a quote and as soon as I told him the paperwork on the house was done he set a date and had someone there for four days, fitted the boiler where we wanted even though it was awkward. Mike was friendly and worked very hard. Very happy with the work.

Our boiler had broken so decided to have a replacement,Expert heat came out for a survey and quote gave options of three boilers wasn't pushing for us to have the most expensive, gave a breakdown of costs no hidden extras fitted new boiler efficient and friendly no mess left would highly recommend.

These guys came and installed a full central heating system in 2 days no mess no fuss and no problems. I would recommend them in an instant if asked who to use.

From start to finish the whole experience has been brilliant. I left an enquiry for a quote and within half an hour I received a call from Chris who arranged to call and quote for the work. Chris arrived as promised a few days later. He took me through the options of the various boilers and he didn’t try to oversell anything to me which I found very honest. Quotes arrived the same day with 3 options, I had no doubts about having the work done and chose one of the options. Communication throughout was second to none, I even got a message on the morning stating the fitters name and agreed arrival time. The fitting was completed within the day as stated and to a very high standard. I would have no issues in recommending Expert Heat to friends and family, good value for money and a trustworthy company, thank you Expert Heat.
