Dealing with both Elizette and Janine has been an absolute pleasure .They helped myself and my husband move over from South Africa to the Netherlands. We recently relocated to The Netherlands and Janine and Elizette were amazing at advising with schooling, helping with our immigration and visas as well as organising taxis, grocery shops and lots of little questions that I didn't expect.

Moving countries with children is a very stressful experience and I couldn't have imagined doing this without their calm guidance.

My husband and I recently arrived in the Netherlands, but our process started way back in October 2019 - it was very difficult to try and sort things out on our own, and I fortunately found Elizette's details on one of the facebook groups we joined to help us with our own journey - she and Janine have been an absolute miracle in our lives - from the very first email to her, until now (they are still helping us with the settling in process) - it has made a world of difference in our lives. Both Elizette and Janine are just the most unbelievable people, and it has helped us tremendously to have them on board. Nothing is ever too much for them to help with, they patiently answer all the hundreds of questions we have, they are prompt and efficient in everything they do for us, and the kindness and understanding of how difficult a process this is, is absolutely invaluable. If something is not what they deal with, they always have excellent people to refer you to, that can help in that field of expertise. I have to just mention that Richard, the airport shuttle guy that they recommended, was also, like them, absolutely unbelievable, and helped so much after a very long and traumatic flight, and hectic two hour luggage wait at Schipol. I admit that this has been very very very hard for me - but having them there to help has been beyond amazing, and helped so much to soften just how difficult it is. I know that without them this would not have happened as smoothly as it has, and I would have been even more traumatised by it all - and when there has been a hiccup, their amazing knowledge and support has meant it got sorted in no time at all. For what they do for people, qnd put into helping in every way they can, their fees are crazy low - and worth absolutely every cent - I find it totally incredible that having been through the process of moving to the Netherlands, they realised how hard/complicated it is for people to do it, and have decided to support as many people through it as they can. Their knowledge of the system and how things work, is amazing and extensive, and makes everything just a bit less scary. I simply cannot speak highly enough of these two beautiful people, and I am looking forward to meeting them in person very soon, so I can give them a true South African hug in thanks for how much they have come to mean to us. Thank you is just not enough for all they have done for us.

When moving to the Netherlands from South Africa, it was a major step and we naturally needed some guidance in terms of schooling as there are so many questions, it was a HUGE relief to work with Elizette and then later with the help of Janine, to find a playschool and then basis school for our son when he turned 4.
