Exotic World Travel Group (Travel Bookers) Recensioni

Kev was so helpful and helped me book the perfect honeymoon . I had so many questions which he always answered quickly .
He responded to all my emails very quickly - no matter what time I sent them . I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you . Will definitely use again

Great customer care and patience whilst exploring a number of resort options

Kevin Kneale was approachable, responsive, clear and found the best deal for us. I work during the day and he was available evenings (he took my call at 9:40pm!) which suited me. I'd definitely recommend and will use him for future holidays.

Kevin is so helpful and informative. He goes above and beyond to support and get exactly what you’re looking for, he is a pleasure to engage with.

Kevin is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He has booked a number of holidays for me now and each time has been informative and helpful, he has good knowledge of various long haul destinations and so is able to help you get the best out of your holiday. He’s very responsive and works hours that fit in very well with being able to sort things out after work, he works hard to find the right destination or resort according to your brief and also let’s you know of any other options you might not have considered. I would have no hesitation in booking through Kevin time and time again.

I have booked 2 holidays with Kevin at Blue Bay travel now. I returned to book my second holiday because he was so good finding exactly what I requested for my first holiday, getting a good deal and good flight times. He made our second booking for a large group and was very patient to meet the variety of requirements our all ages in our group!
I would highly recommend Kevin's services. I will be using him again for all future bookings and have recommended to friends already.

Kevin Kneale made finding our dream holiday a pleasure to look for and was patient throughout our constant changing of our minds and helped us to find a made to suit holiday. I will definitely speak to Kevin for our future holidays.

Kevin made booking our holiday a pleasurable, stress free experience. He listened to my requirements and ensured that he met them. I feel confident that I can call on him at any time if I have questions. Thank you!

Just Returned from a wonderful holiday to Barbados. Kevin Kneale made every thing perfect even down to requesting a bottle of champaign for our Wedding Anniversary. Friendly and extremely professional with an offer that could not be matched elsewhere. Highly recommend Kevin's services.

Kev was fantastic. Would highly recommend. He took all our holiday requests and sent us some fantastic deals. Looking forward to our holiday but also can’t wait to book with him again.

Always used these as well trusted an experienced at what they do

Was a pleasure dealing with Kevin, he went above and beyond to get us the best deal, will definitely be using him again.

I have recently booked a holiday with Kevin after originally requesting an online quote. His response was swift & efficient & he phoned me at a time when it was convenient for me. He continued with this service even after I had made my booking which I think is a big plus for customer service. With this in mind I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again in the future or recommend Kevin to friends & family.

Kevin has been brilliant, finding a holiday for multiple family members with a complicated set of circumstances. He has done everything he can to get the best deal for us all and nothing has been too much trouble. We wouldn’t have been able to get it all sorted without him!

Booked me to Cuba on direct flights, was amazing. Explained everything and got me an amazing deal. Highly recommend

Kevin was brilliant when booking our holiday. He was reliable and responded promptly to our calls and emails. He searched tirelessly for good prices and offers and was very patient with our large group booking requests. I would definitely recommend his services and will be booking with him again in the future.

Kev is amazing. He does everything to try and get you everything you want. Nothing is too much trouble even when you’re being a nuisance. Prices are excellent too. Highly recommend his services and would always book with him. Thankyou :)

Kev booked us a great cheap hol in Kavos
It took him no time at all to sort it
Very user friendly better than just booking online as a face helps and good tips about places to go as well
Did a great job and even a upgrade at hotel
Thanks

Went through lots of holidays with us to try and fit our dates
Will definitely use again
