This was a lovely order I had for my birthday and I’ve always got fruit but got to try some from all around the world ,learn about them and even plant a couple.

What a great selection of all my favourite exotic fruits. I have tried Mangosteen fruit for the first time and it's unbelievable so good! Really fast delivery too.

They smell so fresh. I bought to have with warm water to help with a cold flu I had and it done wonders!

Loved everything in my seasonal selection box. Ordered an extra box of dragon fruit too after having it each morning on holiday. Each fruit was wrapped separately like the precious cargo it is, and I tried fruits I had never heard of before. Now about to order my next one!

Fruit was delivered one day late. Fruit was much smaller than the advertised amount on website. Complaints via email have been ignored. Will not recommend company nor use again.

Bad customer service. Placed a big order last week which was meant to come next day delivery (the only reason I spent £80 was to get the next day delivery). It didn’t turn up. I emailed them and messaged on Facebook to see why it hadn’t been sent next day delivery (I literally ordered at 12pm too not like it was later on in the day) and haven’t been replied to ok either. Just rude when people are spending money, the kiwi berries were all mushy and inedible too so had to be thrown, didn’t even bother emailing to get a refund for them since no one bothered to answer my other emails. Won’t be ordering again I’ll be using tropibox instead

I placed a large order of fruit for delivery, but when the scheduled date arrived, the order didn’t show up. I sent several emails with no response. A few days later, the items finally arrived, but some were missing and others were rotten. I reached out to them via Instagram, and just as other reviewers had mentioned, they requested photos. I believe this business is a scam—terrible communication and overpriced shipping. **Do not order from them!** If you’ve already placed an order, I recommend requesting a chargeback through your credit card company.

Great value for money especially if you are after exotic fruits which can be very pricey.

Fast delivery great quality fruits. They all came in perfect condition and tasted amazing. Very Reasonably priced too would recommend

TL;DR: terrible delivery, they don't take any responsibility, they lie, they refuse to refund and I had to get my bank involved to get my money back.

I checked the T&Cs, found out they do next-day delivery, so I was happy to create an order. It was dispatched the next day and I found out it was sent via economy 2-5 day service.

It arrived a week later, rotten and mouldy. No hard feelings, these things can happen. So I contacted customer service, informing them, requesting refund.

What I expected: apology + refund

What I got: "you live too far, the delivery takes longer, if you want any money back, send us a picture"

Sure, they've got that picture thing in the T&Cs, however - they screwed-up, the fruit was a week in transit and they just could have taken the damn responsibility.

I was told they need the picture for their suppliers and the courier, which was nonsense. It was the sellers fault, obviously.

When I provided the pictures, they somehow didn't see the mould and refused to refund. Again, I was reminded that I live too far and T&Cs say the delivery to Scotland is 2-5 days (not true).

Got my money back via my bank.

Persimmons are literally the platonic ideal of a fruit -- it's awesome that Exotic Fruits supplies them even when out of season.

Really high-quality fruits too -- sweet, juicy, perfect texture/ripeness, not one of them has gone bad.
