My bad, I did not search about the bonus. Now I know about how the bonus is managed. I asked for support and they said it may take 36 hour for me to get a response. I'll be waiting to confirmed what I have search on the web. Just don't trust in telegram channelsand you'll be fine. Received a response.

I get why you feel this way and I’m really sorry the bonus experience wasn’t what you expected 😕 Just to clarify, any profit made while a bonus is active follows the bonus conditions, which is why those funds can’t be withdrawn until the requirements are completed.
The bonus is completely optional though 👍 You never have to accept it to trade on the platform, so if you prefer to operate without any bonus, you can simply decline it.

No los recomiendo. Mi cuenta me la bloquearon sin motivo y no puedo operar ni hacer retiros y no me dan solución. Hace días estoy escribiendo al soporte por correo electrónico y no dan respuesta, tampoco contestan el chat en vivo en la plataforma.

Exnova is a big scam they stole my money and don't even reply ❌❌
Exnova is the worst platform ever they terminated my account for no reason i have 754SAR in it and they are now not giving withdrawal their support does not reply at all this platform is a total scam and they are just stealing people money stay away from this trash site ❌ ❌❌
