A total scam, I lost my fund here after the exchange which I did through their platform.

I was deceived by all the good reviews. Decided to go ahead and use the "service" and never saw my money again.
Tried contacting the multiple times afterwards and they never responded. Used a different account and suddenly they were willing to chat. Only when I mentioned that they previously stole my money did they disappear again.

It's been over a year since the transaction and I haven't heard a word. Skrill can't do anything (understandably) since I was the one who approved the payment.

After further investigation, I noticed that all of their 5-star google reviewers has only 1 review in their history. Obviously fake accounts to flood the few negative reviews.

This is a very well executed scam.

A total scam, they answer you at the beginning and they send changebuz to make the exchange, I sent from skrill to paypal, but once you have made the transfer they stop responding to your messages, I have tried all the modes of chat, facebook, write to mail, make a ticket and wrote to the page and they only responded saying to make a ticket and then they stopped responding, try to send the minimum that is $ 75 USD on July 30, 2020 and until August 14, 2020, nobody He answers me and it is assumed that after time passes if it cannot be processed the money is returned, but they have not done so, the worst and largest scam, for each person they take at least $ 75 USD and to cancel it you have to contact them but they ignore you

una estafa total, te contestan al principio y ten envian a changebuz para hacer el intercambio, yo envie de skrill a paypal, pero una vez haz hecho la transferencia dejan de responder tus mensajes, he intentado todos los modos del chat, facebook, escribir al correo, hacer un ticket y escribi a la pagina y solamente respondieron diciendo que haga un ticket y luego dejaron de responder, trate de enviar el minimo que es $75 USD el 30 de julio de 2020 y hasta el momento 14 de agosto de 2020, nadie me responde y se supone que luego de pasar el tiempo si no se puede procesar se devuelve el dinero, pero no lo han hecho, la peor estafa y la mas grande, por cada persona se llevan minimo $75 USD y para cancelarlo tienes que contactar con ellos pero ellos te ignoran

Firstly, I got on this Website and seen that they are able to transfer e.g. from skrill to PayPal with just 1,5% fees (normally if you do this through other way the fees are way higher) however, I sign up and they redirected me through Chat to the Website changebuz.com, so I created an account there and I did the Transfer from skrill to PayPal of 75$, I should recieve 73,5$ on PayPal, I contacted the caht and they said that I should copy the order ID and they'll send me the money in 1-4hours, however I waited allmost 1day and nothing happend, 2 more days and still nothing and then I was contacting the chat support on both sites and guess what, tehy didnt reply to me and were "ignoring" me, anyways I hope taht I'll recieve my money on paypal in the next 12hours or get a refund, otehrwise there will be some legal consequences for this site, if it should be true that they're just ripping people off.

scam don't exchange they scam me on 1200$

i have sent them about 1200 USD many days ago to transfer it from my skrill account to my paypal account, till now am wainting their action. They never answer to emails or chats discussions
I asked them to refunding my money to my skrill account but they simply do not answer.

I am keepig so some snapshats and documents proving this.

I am behind them, I stopped their chat online service, and am writing to their emailing and hosting provider, facebook, youtube webanks to stop them, I haved deposited a plainte against them. Theses indians guys scammers are very stupid. I can proof what i say, I keep the transaction documents.
Skrill is not like paypal it does not refund money. I emailed them about the exchangepurse.com scammers but they did not accepted to refund my money, I keep their email also.
If there persons in the same case we could do actions against them toghether like legal procedure, online petitions and so on
Pay attention ! they always hire some fake persons or scammers to write goods reviews in all blogs and forums

I was referred to swap.cash by your website, and i sent 100USD from my skril to get it in paypal. But you ignore all my messages and text, no response to call. its a very bad service unless its a fraud.
