Through absolutely no fault of Exchange4free, this whole experience, for me, was atrocious - caused partly due to my inexperience at on-line banking and a great deal due to problems online with the bank of origin. It took nearly 2 months to complete. HOWEVER, Marco and the staff at Exchange4free were excellent - patient and helpful at all times. Thank you so much Marco and 'the girls'
