I deposited money into this company exchange-crypto.com. I tried converting the crypto to another currency and it gave me an error. I also tried making a trade and it gave another error. I contacted support and I was told I needed to deposit $200 to unlock trading/converting features. I was also told 'multiple times' via Support that I 'Violated their rules'. Not sure why the escalation, I was just asking a question, but that response sounds very familiar to other scamming schemes. No where in their FAQs or on that page it says I need to deposit $200. There are no places online where people can talk about this broker. There is also a withdrawal minimum of $300. I found them from a telegram insider pump channel (embarrassing I know). I noticed that telegram and their twitter post do not allow you to respond or chat with them.
Needless to say I am not going to give them any more money. Stay clear from these schemes.

BE VERY CAREFUL, DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP: with the excuse of verifying the accounts, they don't let you withdraw the money if you don't make a transfer of $500... even having passed the KYC... unheard of for an Exchange.

BE CAREFUL of this platform. They're scammers. At first, I deposited 200$ and when I tried to withdraw they told me that I needed to deposit 500$ extra so I could withdraw my funds. They won't give me my money back. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
