My Excalibur Food Dehydrator experienced display issues. I have logged three separate tickets and wrote a letter to the company CEO seeking a response, yet nobody has contacted me to help me get my expensive machine in order. I am happy to pay for the repairs, but the company clearly has no interest to support the product. I only write negative reviews when I have exhausted all reasonable remedies. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS.

I have heard the dehydrators they make are good, and I made the mistake of ordering their 9 tray dehydrator. It showed up barely packed with an inch max of styrofoam to protect a multiple hundreds of dollars product. Their customer service is impossible to contact. I filed a ticket online and no response. If you call the number directly from their website you literally get an AI voice scam that is trying to sell you medical equipment??? This is ridiculous. At this point I just want my money back because I don’t want to support a company with such atrocious business practices.

I have had Excailber twice once about 12 years ago, for about 7 years, and I loved it. Then I moved into a 5th wheel full-time for 3 years, nothing went into storage, ever thing that we couldn’t take with got sold or donated. In August of 2020 I bought a new 9 tray, it worked great for 2 years. This year I tried to dry Swiss chard greens, I got blackened leaves the stems charcoal bricks, I whent to Excalibur’s website and filled out a support form, got a automated response (someone will get back to me in 1 2 days), still waiting 6 days later. Its the 1st week of august my 300+# of tomatoes are starting to come in I need my dehydrator to work. If customer support wont talk to me I will buy some-other brand, who still wants to stay in bussiness…
