★☆☆☆☆ Unacceptable customer service — cannot cancel an order within 2 hours

I ordered the Prostate & Urinary Support Pumpkin Seed Softgels on 8/31/26. Two hours later, I contacted customer support to cancel — well before any reasonable processing or shipping window. I was told by a rep named Tina that it was "too late" because the order was already "in queue."

I followed up asking her to either cancel the order or at minimum refund the shipping charges. Instead, I was told I'd have to wait for the product to arrive, then return it — at my own expense — under their 30-day return policy.

When I explained this was unacceptable given I tried to cancel within hours of ordering, and asked for a prepaid return shipping label, Tina stopped responding to my emails entirely. Three emails sent, no reply.

I am not willing to pay out of pocket to return a product I tried to cancel the same day I ordered it. If Elivora Healthe wants this product back, they need to provide a prepaid return label — that's the least a company can do after ignoring a cancellation request and then going silent on a customer.

I'd urge anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice, especially given how difficult it is to reach anyone once there's a problem. I'll also be disputing the charge with my credit card company if this isn't resolved.
