I first discovered Debra through her outstanding reviews online. At the time, I was struggling to find the right family solicitor. After carefully reading hundreds of reviews, critically analysing them, and comparing many family law firms and focusing on finance dispute, I decided to approach Evolve Family Law. I was fortunate that my request to work with Debra was accepted.

If you are looking for a solicitor who is highly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, ethical, fair, and genuinely kind, then Debra is the one. She has a very good ability to explain complex legal issues and regulations in clear and simple terms. She patiently helped me understand every aspect of my case and carefully outlined the different possible scenarios and outcomes.

Before the court hearing, Debra prepared all the documents with great care and in exactly the way the judge would expect to see them. During the hearing, the judge made several clear points, all of which directly referenced the notes and documents Debra had prepared. Remarkably, the judge’s final indication was exactly what Debra had predicted.

Debra is not only an excellent solicitor, she is also a wonderful human being with strong morals and a kind heart. I never felt she was attacking my ex unnecessarily just to “win” at all costs. Instead, she remained balanced and fair while always looking for ways to keep my costs as low as possible.

Evolve and Debra’s fees are not the cheapest (especially on my limited budget), but they are absolutely worthy. In short, I highly recommending Debra and Evolve Family Law to anyone going through family proceedings.
