Thank you for your kind words! 😊 We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
Incomplete treatment handled poorly
As I lay down the wrong treatment was stated and I clarified I was there for a hydro not a micro. Once she finished just my face and turned the machine off I politely asked if she could check my booking as I was sure I had purchased face and neck, she said it was just face, I clarified again and she said she was sure. She said she could go and check but she was certain it was just face. I said if she was sure then that’s fine no worries.
At the end of the appointment back in reception she then said it looks like I did purchase neck as well. Didn’t apologise said I could have a $20 credit to use in future. It was a disappointing session.

I had an amazing experience at Evolution Laser Clinic in Bondi Junction! Claudia, my technician, was absolutely excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. All the staff were brilliant—friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The results have been incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Evolution Laser Clinic Bondi Junction to anyone considering hair removal. Truly a fantastic clinic with top-notch service!

Not satisfied. Done brazilian and within 5 days i observed that hair started growing. Unlike the previous lasers i’ve had in that clinic.
