Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry that the next-day delivery service was not fulfilled as expected — we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
We’d like to clarify that your order was dispatched on time, but the delay occurred due to Royal Mail, which is unfortunately outside of our control. We’re glad our team were able to refund your delivery cost for you, and we are currently chasing Royal Mail to resolve this issue and locate your parcel.
Your experience is important to us, and we’re doing everything we can to get this sorted. If there’s anything else you need, our customer care team is here to help. We hope we have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Very Impressed.
First time I have ordered from Evolution Golf and very impressed. They had Motocaddy items in stock that I struggled to source together online elsewhere. Priced competitively plus a 5% new customer discount. Ordering very straightforward with good communication regarding delivery. Free delivery which I received next day via Royal Mail.
