Pro Subscription Doesn't Work - Poor Communication Support

I hate leaving bad feedback but the Paid pro subscription doesn't work. My store is synced correctly but cannot access any of the pro features to edit listings. I have been billed for a subscription and the money has come out of my bank account. I contacted Chase and he said they would look into it. I offered to send screenshots if necessary. I still haven't heard back days later. I said if it couldn't be fixed within the next 24 hours I would like a refund as the service was time sensitive for Etsy inventory that needed updating ASAP. I haven't been able to edit anything on Evlista.

Since there has been no fix or update I am looking at filing a chargeback at my bank for services not rendered.

I should have listened to the other reviews before jumping into a paid subscription. If this is resolved I will update.

Does not work and has no support

Does not work and has no support with the paid subscription. We used this years ago with success but it does not currently work and we've reached out numerous times only to receive a semi automated push off with no response to multiple requests for over a week. Requesting a refund today and will proceed with chargeback if there is still no response.

Avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I should have paid more heed to the other poor reviews. If you want to keep your sanity and you have a lot of listings, look elsewhere for help. This is not the software for you. To think they charge for this!

It will cost you MORE time than any supposed time savings - fixing its mistakes, waiting for it to do things (and failing), failing to pull in your listings, screwing up your listings or even being locked out due to 'throttling'.

Very buggy.
Difficult to filter down with a large number of listings.
Difficult to select set listings when applying changes.
Doesn't remember filters.
Goes slow if you're doing more than a handful.
Fails when doing a lot.
Fails when applying videos - and Etsy doesn't always recognise the listing has a video.
Slow at reorganising images when displaying more than a few.
Can't edit variation images.
Variation layout confusing, no way to stop it setting 'prices vary per sku'.
Can't null certain attributes.
Doesn't pull in size attributes.
Costs you more time fixing things than it saves you.
Doesn't always refresh properly.
Stalls when doing large jobs.
Locks you out if Etsy supposedly stop the link when you can be in the middle of a task - so you lose your changes.
Have to refresh your shop every single time you submit a new set of changes just 'in case'.

You would think something designed to allow you to bulk edit listings if you have a lot of listings could cope with you having a lot of listings. You have to split up tasks into much smaller jobs otherwise it can fail which defeats the purpose.

Free trial? Can't do anything. Need to pay to see what it can do.

Wish I'd never used it.

I emailed a bunch of times the customer support as the app didn't work on my stored.
I never received a single reply

trust the bad reviews.

Truly had so much potential to be a wonderful Etsy 3rd party, but the owners or whoever are simply lazy. You'll get charged and then have to beg the support over days, weeks and months to actually give you the pro-access because it won't automatically do so like you'd assume for a subscription.

Not to mention, sometimes they just stop giving pro 2 weeks in and then won't respond to you... at ALL!

Unfortunately i still await my pro access i've paid for now because like said previously, It had/has so much protentional, maybe just needed someone better than a lazy money hungry dork from tampa.

What you described is absolutely not the norm, and it’s completely unacceptable that you paid for Pro access and did not receive it properly. No customer should ever have to follow up repeatedly just to get access to something they’ve already paid for. That falls short of our standards.

Just don't bother wasting your money

Just don't bother wasting your money. Their system does not work for so many things, especially the bulk editing, which is what anyone would want it for anyway.
THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS FOR DAYS/WEEKS and when they do, they offer no help or assistance

Evlista + Etsy for the Win!

Evlista makes the cumbersome task of updating Etsy listings a breeze. I specifically bought it so I could update variations in bulk. I immediately saw the benefit in getting the Pro account for more detailed updates. The cost is very reasonable considering the amount of time it saves. Evlista even lets me update my image alt text in a more convenient way - one of the tasks I dread doing on Etsy, as it requires painstakingly clicking through each individual image.

I accidentally purchased the Pro version twice, and the customer service was quick, responsive, and professional in getting the extra charge reversed.

I highly recommend Evlista for Etsy shop owners!

Do not use this people. Scam. Site does not work. I bought a subscription, paid the money, couldn't use the tools. Everything was locked until I paid for a subscription...which I just did, money came out of my account, I have an invoice from Evlista, still no access to anything. Ive used there online chat box...no one there, trying for weeks. Ive emailed and all I got back was, I will look into it. Then nothing for weeks. Still waiting for a refund. These people are a rip off scam. DO NOT USE THEM

Very disappointing

Subscribed to change my Etsy shop variations, because I thought this going to be cheaper than Vela. Very very disappointing experience:
1)variations editor absolutely not working (fails after any edit). Wasted a whole day trying to get it work. After my message to Evlista about variations not working: 5 days later some sort of update appeared in notifications "that they fixed the issues with variations", but when I tried again - still not working.
2)live-chat shows "typically replies within an hour", but got they response only after 5 days and the only answer was "are you still online?".
3) website looks nice from the outside, but when you start working - glitches start to appear (when you type euros, they change to dollars, instead of symbol (") it shows (") and so on.
4) apart from this, I wrote to their support more than two months ago (2025-07-24) regarding invoices and bugs with logging in, even before the subscription, but did not receive any reply since.

Very Disappointing Experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this app has been incredibly disappointing. From the start, I noticed constant glitches, errors, and unreliable performance. Basic features don’t seem to work properly, and the dashboard often shows incorrect information, making it very frustrating to use.

What makes it worse is the complete lack of customer support. I reached out multiple times through live chat, and no one ever responded. I also sent an email requesting a refund after cancelling my subscription, but I still haven’t received any reply. It’s been days with zero communication from their side.

It’s really concerning that an app that charges a subscription fee provides no support or acknowledgment when users face issues. This kind of silence makes the whole experience feel untrustworthy.

I’ve since cancelled my subscription and just want others to be aware of what they’re getting into before signing up. Unless they fix the bugs and seriously improve their customer service, I cannot recommend this app at all. Please stay away!!!!!

Chase was amazing! I had a question on a Sunday and not only he reply quickly, he solved my issue by creating a new function on the app! Amazing service that you don't find often these days. Would highly recommend Evlista!

Game changing Etsy editing tool

The developer it is super responsive and open to suggestions to improve the application and is continually making it better. This application has saved me so much time editing everything from prices to descriptions and photos for multiple listings at one time. My business partner keeps telling me what a game changer this is for her too.

I look forward to seeing what great changes are to come in this application to make it easy for everybody to use..

You will seriously regret using this company

Be very aware. Tried free trial, it absolutey DESTROYED our 6K+ listings. Took us weeks to put right. And then after cancelleing the free trial they went on to take full payments each month. Currently having to email (95% of emails IGNORED) each month to requerst a refund. AVOID at all costs. Much, much better alternatives out there. 100% useless, 100% trouble.
