Pro Subscription Doesn't Work - Poor Communication Support
I hate leaving bad feedback but the Paid pro subscription doesn't work. My store is synced correctly but cannot access any of the pro features to edit listings. I have been billed for a subscription and the money has come out of my bank account. I contacted Chase and he said they would look into it. I offered to send screenshots if necessary. I still haven't heard back days later. I said if it couldn't be fixed within the next 24 hours I would like a refund as the service was time sensitive for Etsy inventory that needed updating ASAP. I haven't been able to edit anything on Evlista.
Since there has been no fix or update I am looking at filing a chargeback at my bank for services not rendered.
I should have listened to the other reviews before jumping into a paid subscription. If this is resolved I will update.
