Really helpful service
I accidentally ran out of oil and your company came and replaced it really quickly.
Because I ran out of oil my boiler would not come on and you sent a repair man out really quickly to sort me out. He was very helpful and I was very impressed with the service.

Professional no fuss.
Delivered without fuss, driver was friendly and we were chatting while the tank was filling. All the time I noticed he was professional and keeping an eye on what was going on.

Yet again been let down by this useless…
Yet again been let down by this useless company. Order through boiler juice for delivery on Tuesday. Just had a phone call to say can not make the delivery even though it was confirmed and paid for. This has now left it to late to resource oil for next week which will mean we will run out. This is going to be a major problem having no heating and hot water as I am disabled and on chemotherapy. Please avoid this useless company.

Delayed Delivery
Everything was great with the delivery but I have marked it down as the oil was a day late and we had not been notified, in advance, of this delay.
This is an easy thing to fix from a customer service perspective so, hopefully, Evesons will manage the customer expectations better in future
