Disappointed to find a new pricing scheme has been introduced. It appears being a loyal customer of over 10 years counts for nothing.

Thank you for the survey... The main issue I had was that I had no confirmation of the order from your website via email. So I didn't know if the order was placed or if it was placed when it was coming.. I received a phone call from the driver on the day of delivery luckily I was in. Hope this helps.

The delivery was a day late owing to the tanker needing repair. I did phone to enquire why it hadn’t come and was immediately told the reason. No excuses. Then they sent both an email and phoned to say it would be delivered the following day, which it was. Always helpful and courteous and the drivers are considerate and never drag the hose over plants which we had experienced with other companies. We have dealt with Evesons for some long time now and would recommend them highly.

Ordering process very straight forward and price competitive. Only flaw was as it was delivered on a Monday, I didn't get the usual phone call the day before to confirm delivery being made.

I paid extra for a quicker delivery but it ended up being delayed by 5 days, which I understand does happen if things are beyond their control but I kept being told it will be delivered the following day and nothing turned up. They then told me I'd be refunded some money and all I got sent was an email with another invoice when I'd already paid. Still waiting for this refund.. I've now got to chase again. First time I've ordered, not a great impression.
