I had trouble negotiating the test because the leaflet enclosed said I had to make a video of myself while doing it which I found impossible and, while agitated, the test went wrong too!
It turned out the video was not required so the leaflet was very unhelpful.
I had to order a second test which came quickly and went well.
Please make sure the instructions are up to date.

Waited two and a half weeks for the kit to arrive! And that was tracked! Asked for another kit to be sent because of the rubbish post office service! Two weeks at sorting office. Refused! Had to use another supplier who was ultra efficient!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: We booked pre-departure tests but presumably due to their inadequate systems the receipt said the test would only be dispatched AFTER the departure, which was obviously completely useless. So we had to book with another provider and have been seeking a refund for over 4 months now and they are just ignoring the emails. THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. They will take your money and run away. Stay well clear and choose a more reputable provider like DAM.

Excellent experience with Everything Genetic over the last month. When government rules changed they sent a replacement test at short notice. When we returned to the UK and found the Royal Mail had delayed and then lost our Day 2 test, EG sent a replacement the same day. When we asked for tests for another trip to be delivered early they were sent the same day. Lastly, with all the changes it was easy to reach EG on the phone and the staff were understanding and helpful.

They are really helpful and reply very fast to queries!!!

Day 2 PCR

We had to order our PCR tests while in Spain and asked for them to be delivered to a friend for our return. The tests were delivered on time, instructions easy to follow, phial well protected and results received within 24 hours. An excellent service thank you.

With all the recent changes in travel, we had brought a lateral flow test, but then needed a PCR. They offered us a refund, which we decided not to do as they said we could use the tests another time, use by date was 2023. Then things changed again and we needed a test to travel out, luckily we could use the original tests that we brought. They were very helpful on the phone explaining what we needed to do.
Just hoping now that we get the results through as quickly as they said we would.

Everything Genetic supplied our Day 2 LAFS very quickly and efficiently. When the rules changed to say we need a PCR test, I contacted them from Tenerife and my request was processed very quickly. Upon arriving home today, our tests weren't here, so I rang and spoke to Ed, who was fantastic. Royal Mail took a little longer than the expected 24 hours to deliver, but they arrived half an hour ago. Now just waiting for our results.

I have used EverythingGenetic for a number of trips and found them to be reliable and timely.
In one instance I needed a refund because the circumstance of my travel changed and it happened very quickly and smoothly.

Some companies get rid of you when you buy their products. I was surprised that, when government requirements changed, this company was flexible, understanding and helpful.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews and I was quite sceptical about this company but all three tests I ordered arrived within two days and I had all results back within 72hrs of postage.

The test has been delivered, but about 4-6 days late (don't remember exactly). Calling is completely useless, they don't respond. After prolonged e-mail exchange with the customer service they have managed to deliver the required tests.
I order day 2&8, as well as fit to fly. The latter one was a disaster and missed my flight because of it. Basically when you order fit to fly, the date you purchase the test is the day of sample collection. SO because the test arrive a week later than it was supposed to, even though I've completed my test and received the results within 72 hours window, I was refused the entry to the check in desk because my sample collection date was over a week before.
My suggestion to stay away from this company, this is not the first time we have issues.

Appalling, complicated, confusing, ground hog day on steroids, use someone else, or don’t bother to travel, whoever set this system up needs prosecuting

I booked day 2 lateral flow test after coming back from tenerife I tryed to fill the online form for everything genetic it wouldn't accept my email address so I foned everything genetic customer support line they just passed the buck on saying you got to speak fast checker some independent company which was a waste of time who didn't want to help you iam disgusted with this firm they are a mickey mouse firm

Very good service! I have easily booked the PCR test and after short time I've received the kit. Intructions in using the kit and how to return it to the lab for results are very clear and easy to follow. They sent the result by e-mail the day after I sent them the test. Irreproachable.

The promised timeline was not accurate in the slightest. What was supposed to take 12-36 hours took 72+.

This misleading timeline forced me to scramble and find tests elsewhere to meet traveling requirements.

If you are going to use this test for traveling purposes, don’t.

Very easy and efficient website. Everything explained very clearly. I was worried that it would be complicated but was given step by step instructions.
I was recommended to use Everything Genetic and would not hesitate to recommend also. Very pleased with the whole process. Able to download results.
