Product not delivered 7 weeks following payment
My order number 9136 was placed on the 10/12/24. On the order history, this company states this order was fulfilled 17/12/24. This order has no been dispatched nor received. The company have not been in contact with me despite my multiple attempts. I believe this company are fraudulent. Beware- do not buy from them.

Absolute shockers
Absolute shockers! My blinds arrived several months after they were ordered, only after several calls to follow up. They were covered in green mould! I was promised a replacement but after another several months of waiting requested a refund instead, which was agreed upon. However The refund was never delivered and the store did not reply to any further communication.

Unable to deliver. Appears to be a Chinese company fronting as Australian
I placed an order with this company in July 2024. They promised delivery in Australia 1-10 business days. I have been waiting for nearly 3 months but nothing has arrived. I have been told that it is because they moved the warehouse. When you try to phone them they do not answer and the message bank is full. I have requested a refund from my bank. Do not order from this supplier.

Bad customer service
Order two items on 24/07/2024. First item arrived pretty quick.
Second item arrived 30/09/2024. In the mean time we tried contacting Everythingh bamboo in every possible way with no replies. Eventually opened a dispute through paypal. Finally got a reply and they told us it was not in stock and they had send it straight from their supplier in China and they will keep us up to date. Which they never did. Unacceptable customer service.
Quality products is average.
