Good value
The delivery is inconsistent. Twice they’ve left it out of the property line in an area known for theft.
Recipes are minimal. It’s mainly just the portions are a bit small.
But it is good value for money.

Food delivered on time and in paper bags (recyclable).
Meals are a generous size (compared to other sites like this), they are tasty and reasonably priced.

Would love to see more variety of meals, more vege heavy meals and meals that are not jammed full of calories, but otherwise its all been good - I just want more choice that fits in with my eating goals :D

I have had 4 deliveries of my orders…
I have had 4 deliveries of my orders for far, I have it addressed to a business location so it can be received in work hours. Twice since ordering I have had to wait past 5pm the first box was delivered at 6.20 pm. I had to wait both times to collect my food after the hours it showed throughout the day on the tracker, and I had to miss out on my additional work booked for the day to collect my food, when calling the first time for the order to check its location and potential delivery, the lady on the phone was lovely but did state there’s nothing they can do when it’s out for delivery so no guarantee when it can get there it’s with the drivers.
Consistency with delivery would be my only comment to improve to ensure delivery to business addresses are made priority it possible as i line 30 mins out of town a central business address is my only option to receive my meals.

I have been using Every plate off and…
I have been using Every plate off and on for years and find it consistent and convenient when don't have time to think about what to cook for dinner.
Food quality is good and fresh. Portion sizes vary but they now have options to increase servings and ingredients.
The variety of recipes is very good with someone to suit everyone.

Potatoes....
Loved every element of our first week except for our potatoes. We received maybe 10 in our box and over half of them were squishy as if they had been frozen and then thawed out?
Hoping this was a one-off experience.

OVERALL OK, but not as cost effective as initially seems.
Have returned as a EP customer after getting fed up with poor quality vegetables. Quality does seem to have improved. Recipes are still mostly just reconfigured versions of the same thing, week after week, same ingredients, which I don’t think will suit us long term. I think recipes were better a few years back. They also seemed to included more in the box, ie, stuff they now expect you to provide. It also isn’t as affordable as I thought, $15 delivery on top, hits us a bit hard.

Everyplate has been fantastic for busy families - helped to simplify our routine. The food is so fresh and high quality and the meals are delicious! The kids have eaten every meal so far! I have been really pleased with the amount of great quality food you get for the cost.
