Heads up, very disappointed
Everything arrived, opened the box, some of the meat was off, their supposed to be frozen bags had been pierced and the meat was completely defrosted.
Their meals, vegetables etc, not in mesl packs according to the meals, but just all thrown in a bag together, and not all ingredients were in there either.
Definitely a thumbs down 👎 from us

Meals are easy to make
It was so easy to follow the recipes, and I am able to plate up great meals. I have ordered meals I thought I would never cook, let alone eat. Even my husband has eaten these meals, considering he is normally a meat and three veg man. The company are always adding different meals to their menus, which is great, because then we get a bigger range to choose from. Delivery has been excellent and at a great time because we live in a caravan park and their hours of office opening hours is 9am to 5 pm. Keep up the good work EveryPlate Australia.

Started out well - Not so great now
Updated after response from Everyplate: Not really sure how you plan on addressing an ongoing problem, and one which we've flagged with you on numerous occasions. Your 'stock' responses to almost everyone who's provided feedback doesn't actually ring true, to be honest. So we'll go with another supplier in the future. Thank you.
Convenient and easy, also pretty well priced. But some of the veggies are not always fresh, and occasionally ingredients are substituted (although it's a mystery as to why a basic item such as a tomato is not possible to source).
Many, many recipes include pasta or rice. As we don't eat red meat, our choices can be somewhat limited. We're becoming a bit bored with the options, to be honest, and might give it a miss for a while.

overall good experience
overall good experience, quality can be improved but ok given price with discount.
Reply to the below, the packaging team can be a little diligent as the rice pack was ripped open in the first box so I didn't have the rice. The veggies can be a bit more fresh, some carrots were too wilted (and carrots have long self time already) and one onion in the second box was completely spoilt. The ingredients were also not separately packed per meal (i think they used to or maybe from anther company).

If you're on the fence, go for it!!!
I was always hesitant to look into these style of companies as I'm incredibly picky with the quality of my produce and meat, and thought the meals would be pretty tasteless and repetitive. I could not have been more wrong in my presumptions. Not only is the produce and meat of a high quality, but the meals are incredibly tasty and the variety is astounding. Every week there are so many different options to choose from, and we know that we will not be disappointed in whatever we pick. The portion sizes are good, the price per portion is amazing (around $6.00 per portion - that's unachievable if you went to a supermarket) and we are never bored or wondering what to do for dinner. We tried this plan out of desperation to save some money while on maternity leave, and it's the best decision we've ever made for our family. If you're on the fence, give it a go - the customer service is fantastic, it's easy to pause deliveries if you need to, and it's well worth it!

It is always so tasty
It is always so tasty. I like how organised it is that I don’t have to go shopping or planning what meals I will have. Everything is done for me.
There are problems though that I would like to address: 1 - it is weekly subscription, so I expect all ingredients to be at least 7 days of expiration date, often it is not. 2 - it’s often leaking. 3 - if I want another meat instead often I have to pay, can’t just swap.
