Had a policy for 4 years now and it has increased ridiculous amounts since taking it out. We had one claim the first year and have made the decision not to claim for ongoing meds since in hopes to reduce the increase yet we have just had our renewal through for £1200!!!! And we have no option given the ongoing condition to move insurers. Feel really disappointed and that the company are just taking advantage of the fact we can’t leave.

Awful awful company who put your monthly payments up to a literally unaffordable amount despite having only made one claim for antibiotics and a nasal swab … this is a rabbit btw.
No help offered in lowering the cost unless you take out a whole new policy therefore voiding any further claim for anything related to a pre existing treatment. Go look on google reviews if you want to see how they’ve treated their customers. I will never recommend them. Over £60 per month insurance for a rabbit who isn’t on any long term treatment or had any costly operations is daylight robbery. They don’t care about owners or their pets.

Everypaw are amazing. Every claim out of 9 claims submitted since November (policy started in July) has been accepted and paid within a matter of days.
The 9 claims I submitted are over two new conditions (pyometra and anal glands) on a lifetime policy with £4K cover. My dog is now just 1 year old but I started cover at 6 months old (no pre existing conditions at that time)
Both conditions were accepted straight away, and every claim that's followed for those conditions has gone through within 24 hours.
I found them very helpful with regards any queries I had as well as very efficient in processing the claims.
I was particularly worried about the spay that was needed for onset of pyometra & I wasn't sure if it would be covered, but it was and they've paid it without hesitation and my dog is now recovering well. Having this peace of mind at such a stressful & anxious time is invaluable.
This is a superb policy, I don't need to worry about finances for any vet bills.
I highly recommend Everypaw and I will definitely be staying with them for life.

It was a lovely experience chatting to Ang about my pet insurance policy. She was very polite and professional and fun to chat too. I’m glad I have decided to insure my dog with Everypaw Insurance.

At renewal, my premium increased, and I found a reputable insurer offering higher coverage at a lower price. I called after receiving a message suggesting there may be an offer available. During the call, I clearly explained my reason for leaving; however, this was not addressed. Instead, the focus shifted to unrelated points about potential pre-existing conditions, despite my confirming my cat has had no issues and I have made no claims.
The policy was then cancelled without any meaningful attempt to match or discuss the value I had found elsewhere. I also declined the voucher offered, as it did not provide overall benefit.
As an business you should value genuine efforts to retain customers, and unfortunately this interaction did not reflect that.
