The customer service at Every Human is exceptional. Whilst it is often difficult purchasing shoes online, the team put a lot of effort in getting the best fit for one’s needs. My daughter has always struggled and her orthotics are custom made for her needs but shoes are not. There are at least options for her at Everyhuman

A visit to the everyhuman showroom was a very positive experience
Visiting the Everyhuman showroom was a great experience thanks to the patience and knowledge demonstrated by the staff. I had ordered a shoe online and needed help with sizing as that shoe did not accommodate my new orthotic insert. I came away with exactly the shoe I wanted which fit perfectly and I feel the prices of these innovative shoes is very good considering the quality of the product. I will definitely buy here again.

Purchase two pairs, one being slightly reduced so ineligible for return. The shoes look good but due to bunions the zip is in the wrong place and not wearable- digs in too much to an already sensitive spot. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with bunions! Otherwise could be good. Customer service team was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry. 3 stars because I’m sure they’re good for some people.

EVERYHUMAN should have a BILLY in their lives
About 6 weeks ago was fitted with orthotics & to my surprise was disappointed with the sporting retail outlets to find a shoe that suited my new orthotics. Over the course of 3 weeks, tried on & purchased many shoes only to return them as my foot kept slipping out of the shoe due to a high orthotic.
Saw an ad for Everyhuman on FB & as I was in the area today, I popped in. I am so pleased I did. The service from Briony was excellent, the shoe fitted my orthotic & I walked out a very, very satisfied customer. Will be spreading the word on how comfortable Billy shoes are. Thank you!!!!!!!

We've gone through two pairs of shoes…
We've gone through two pairs of shoes in the last three months. The zip broke on both or them in the exact same spot. First time we had them for a little under two months before they broke. It took two weeks to get the replacement pair that were worn for 3 days then they broke again but even worse than the first time. Poorly made and I would suggest going elsewhere especially if you have a toe walker and are using them for orthotics.

I was told by the orthotics place we got them through that you would not replace them again as it had exceeded the warranty.

This is a stella company! Fantastic range, five star service and a client for life in me. Plus they have great offers. I've been telling all my friends and in addition, doctors, physios and people at the gym are endlessly commenting on my amazing Billy shoes. I can't live without EVERYHUMAN!

Great communication & shoes
Great communication through emails.. Was helped with what size I needed, one pair were too big so sent them back and got an exchange with a smaller size straight away..
These ones fitted nicely.. The shoes are very comfortable and love how you can zip them up much easier to put feet in when swollen due to fluid.. Already bought 2 new pairs and will definitely buy more.. Highly recommend these shoes..

We have been using these billy shoes for 4 years. we have never had an issue. It took us 2 orders to find his right size but everyhuman helped us work out what size worked. it took a bit of back and forth, as annoying as that was we persevered and found the right size and width. we recommend these highly.

Not One, But TWO Faulty Pairs of Shoes
Have received two faulty pairs of shoes within months of each other; if it was a once off I might not think anything of it but the exact same issue twice? They replace the shoes quickly but if they’re made so shoddily then really, what’s the point?
Have purchased 4 pairs in four months
Have purchased 4 pairs in four months. Zipper has broken every time or frayed at the zipper. Spent back and forth emails with them saying it comes under wear and tear.. for a kid with cerebral palsy who doesn’t move around too much, is a huge assumption to make.
They eventually gave in for a replacement pair but it’s hard when there isn’t many options for AFO styled shoes. Their quality is so poor and will be trying to source out a new shoe shop. Do not recommend at all
Issues proactively fixed very promptly
Had an issue with shoes that we had. I emailed them as I was having trouble working out the right size. They asked the issue with the original shoes and requested photos. Even though I was outside the warranty period, the issue was a known issue so they replaced the shoes straight away. I didn't expect a replacement as I knew we were older than the 90day replacement period. I hesitated to go back because of the original issue with the shoes but because of their replacement (which I didn't ask for or complain about) I will definitely feel much more confident shopping there in the future! Thank you Abbi from customer care team!
Refused to exchange after charging me 2 lots of postage!
Initially, I had to chase the order a few weeks after they were posted. But was happy when they arrived. Unfortunately the shoes were quite narrow (even for a narrow foot), so attempted an exchange and they informed me I had to pay postage again which I agreed to to get the right fit. Didn’t hear anything so I chased them again. They replied that the shoes were not in sellable condition to approve an exchange and they would send them back if I paid postage for a third time!!! They were only tried on and my son couldn’t get them on and they went back in the box! Why sell something that is in an unsellable condition and then refuse to replace them! I paid $100 for the shoes and $40 postage and I have no shoes!!! Terrible customer service.

Never received items
Placed an order a month ago. Received one item and not the other two. Was advised it would ship ASAP. One month later and they still haven't shipped. Have stopped responding to my emails and don't answer their phone. Have had to lodge a case with PayPal. Pretty disappointed.
