Had ongoing pain in my foot and wasn't sure anything would help. A handful of sessions in, the tightness eased off and the pain reduced significantly. Really pleased I went, would recommend.
I'd tried lots of different things to help with tennis elbow, however nothing worked. Thankfully, after speaking with Jimmy and then booking a course of Shockwave Therapy I had a breakthrough! After 18 months of niggling pain the problem went away, really pleased with the outcome.
Been going to jimmy for some time now and offers so much knowledge and experience to solve all my injury and keeping my legs in good wiring order. Had several different treatments there isn't nothing that jimmy doesn't know. Couldn't recommend jimmy high enough
I have been to see Jimmy at Everyday Performance Therapy on several occasions for all sorts of injuries including heel bursitis, back pain and frozen shoulder and have always received an amazing service. He uses a wide range of therapies which have always cured by pain/injury after a few sessions. I would highly recommend.

Jimmy treated my foot after some checking of symptoms we decided Electric Shockwave Therapy was the way to go and I’m so pleased to report it worked. I recommend physio with Jimmy.
Jimmy is an absolute miracle worker. I went to him with a leg injury which was causing me incredible pain… the pain was gone within 3 days and I went on to walk a marathon a few weeks later! Jimmy has since treated my restless legs with amazing results. Jimmy knows his stuff and doesn’t suggest unnecessary treatment just for the sake of it, understanding that money doesn’t grow on trees! He’s very professional and the treatment room is clean and comfortable. Highly highly recommend!
