The platform is great, I had issues but their customer service was very responsive and fast. The only problem they have is that charges are kind of high especially if you are doing card transaction under 100usd their charges is about $2.9 for every USD transaction.

1. My first issue with them was that my balance suddenly disappeared, after I reached out, they told me my card has been deactivated, that was about three weeks after I registered and first used the platform. I was forced to open a new card and was charged for that.
2. Secondly, everything I wanted to top up my naira wallet, it has never been the same amount I credited to my naira wallet that would drop into the account, they would have deducted from the money. This still happened to me yesterday.
3. There was also a time I bought something on AliExpress and there was an issue with the order, I contacted AliExpress and they initiated my refund, they gave me every evidence to prove that they've refunded me but I didn't see the money. I reached out to Evertry to help me out and they told me telling different stories, at last I ended up losing the money about $29 or thereabout.
4.This very yesterday,I needed to do some transactions, only for me to login and saw my little USD balance being wiped off. I went ahead, wanting to top up my dollar card from my naira wallet. After confirming the dollar I would be needing plus the charges from the platform, I then transferred an amount even slightly higher than the required naira equivalence into my naira wallet. But when I wanted to top up my dollar card, I kept getting an error message. I later reached out to their customer service via Whatsapp, and I was told that my card has been deactivated because I tried multiple times while I have insufficient funds, and I was asked to go open another card..Imagine! Meanwhile while I was trying to top up the card, I didn't get any error message that I had insufficient balance, at least that would have prompted me to add more money to my naira balance. Meanwhile, I even had more money in my naira wallet sufficient for the USD equivalence. With that, my card and the balance on it was gone. And even when I tried withdrawing my money from my naira wallet, the system was not prompting/showing the withdrawable amount so that I could know what amount to type, I also kept getting error message too , I couldn't withdraw the money until I ended up withdrawing a fewer amount, making me lose about 8k.
In my experience using everyone so far, my card had been deactivated twice without my consent, my USD balance had been wiped off twice without my consent, and many more. I have lost so much money using this platform. And I have come to conclude that they are another fraudulent platform, so cunning and untrustworthy in their transactions and services. If you encounter any of these, please gather here, we need to stop the community from being extorted.

This is a blatant scam, and I am outraged. After depositing $101, the funds were stolen and transferred to Telegram Premium within hours. I immediately contacted your support team, and yet, I have been completely ignored.

Your refusal to refund my money is fraudulent and exposes your app as nothing more than a scam operation. I will not tolerate this theft. I am prepared to report your company to the authorities and pursue legal action for fraud if my money is not returned at once.

On August 4, 2025, my virtual card was used fraudulently to pay $97.77 to Starlink — a service I’ve never subscribed to.

I've contacted Evertry but no refund or clear resolution yet. I urge Evertry to investigate this urgently.

Please do not use this card. They have weak internal controls and a clueless customer service team who keep regurgitating meaningless words.

Despite never using the card or being provided a PIN, funds got debited from my card and the clueless customer service kept saying it was my fault. FOR A CARD I DONT EVEN HAVE DETAILS OF!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM EVERTRY.

I deposited and completed KYC, and your system shows a card that returns a 404 error. You’ve failed to deliver.

They are a fraudulent site, when you deposit money, they bring you in and you will not get any card

I am a real customer, I transfered a small amount and used it to pay for Google and ebay, it really works, but I am still afraid to transfer a big amount

Easy creation and utilization

I started using it since 2023, when I created my first Mastercard, and it was easy tov create, easy transactions. Recently I had an issue and contact the customer support. I was shocked at how fast they responded to my query. It is mainly the best.

I was initially skeptical about the service, since I've not used it before.
But it was actually pretty straightforward.

No too much technical jargons or shady fees. They made everything plain and I had the choice to make the decision to continue. And when I continued, it literally took me less than 2 minutes to get the payment sorted.

I'd totally recommend this for anyone looking to make payments online with a virtual dollar account.

And oh, they were quite professional and friendly with how they communicated with me.
