The bras took six weeks to get here and when they finally did get here, I see that they are junk. They are not the size that I ordered and the proportions are wrong for anyone with the slightest bit of curve. I am size 6 and wear a 34C. These fit more like a 38A.

When I contacted their customer service to ask for return instructions, this is the reply I got:
“We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction. However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you aligns with your original order. As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 9US dollars. Will that be acceptable?”

When I told them, no, I wanted a full refund. This is the reply I got:
We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you. In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high.
Is this possible that we increase the compensation to 11 US dollars?

So I look into it and sure enough shipping to China would cost about four times what I paid for the product itself. So I will have to take the partial compensation and accept that I have been ripped off for the difference.

the bra is made cheap, the snaps will not stay snapped, the material is like rubber and there is no support, complete rip off, when i sent my complaint to eversocute, via: email they wanted pictures of the bra. i sent 2 front and back. they emailed me back stating they found nothing wrong. there response: As our warehouse checked, your product has no quality issue.
With some simple procedures, it can work as normal.

Scam. Ordered two months ago and said it was shipping from UK. Has never showed up.

Horrible! SCAM! Do not order from here! I ordered swimsuits on 4/29/24. The description said made in USA. The tracking stated they were coming from Italy. I’m still waiting though I’ve reached out to their customer service 8 times. They keep saying I’ll have them in 3-4 days. I requested a refund since the event I purchased them for was in late May.

It’s been 20 days and have not received my product. They keep sending me updates with no helpful information. When I ordered it said 3-7 days. We will see if I actually get my order. I do not recommend this company unless you want a headache.

Purchased a swim-suit from this site and then immediately realized the images in the ads were STOLEN images from a small-business. I asked for a refund immediately and was refused. It's been 2 months and I still have not received this item. I've reported them to PayPal and am hoping for money back, but BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Bought the tanning cream. The bottle was so small and half empty. Also took 12 business days to get to me. Tried working with the sellers and they offered us $1 for a refund🤣 absolutely ridiculous! Would give 0 stars if possible

SCAM. I paid with PayPal, just filed a claim with them. Ordered on 2/1, it’s 3/29, not delivered. Supposedly stuck in Massachusetts since 2/29.
Also, my credit card had attempted fraud for $400+ for “gift cards”.

Same experience as many of the folks below: ordered in January, still nothing in March and fake answers to my enquiries to the seller. I ended up opening a dispute case via Pay Pal (which I had used for payment). Within a few days they investigated and ruled in my favour and provided a refund. That says a lot. Scam!

I ordered back in January and it’s now mid March and I still don’t have my order or a refund. Definitely not the 5-7 days that it’s advertised. I requested a refund but keep getting automated responses that don’t even answer my questions. Total scam of a company. I’ll probably end up just eating the $40.00 and will never use this company ever again. It sucks bc the bathing suit was so cute online!

Horrible! I wish I had come here to read reviews before I ordered. Like others, I ordered in January and still have not received anything. Given different tracking numbers after contacting them. I didn't put it together before but my credit card number was fraudulently used within this time period too! I am going to contact my credit card company.

The amount charged doesn't match the amount in my receipt. I was promised 5-7 day shipping. It's been a month and a half and they're asking me to keep waiting. Scammers! Also, my credit card number was stolen shortly after this purchase. Coincidence?

I would give this company a ZERO stars if it was an option. I ordered my swimsuit in January. This is now the middle of March, and there has been no tracking update since mid-February. When interacting with customer service (which is only available by online chat), I get bad English which reads like English is not the first language of the typist, begging me to please wait a bit longer. I plan to contact my bank tomorrow and have the order cancelled and reported as fraud. DO NOT order from this company!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

FAKE COMPANY. I ordered some of their swimsuits. The tracking was erratic to say the least, then suddenly nothing. Every time I tried to contact them I was directed to a “chat bot’ which just said “oops, you have been directed to payments ‘ then not allowing anything further. Luckily I paid via PayPal who immediately refunded my account. This is obviously a scam site. Please don’t get caught out

Terrible Company- scammers! I bought 3 bras and when I got them they did not fit properly and the quality was terrible. I tried several times to get them to help me return and they offered to give me a refund but only refunded $8.25 on a charge of $41.24.

I should have been charged on $31.99 as seen on my receipt. Actually charged me the $41.24. Interestingly they refunded me only the $8.25 they OVERCHARGED me to begin with.

They said I purchased "special insurance" on their response from their help website, which on the receipt you can see I did NOT purchase "special insurance"

The swim suits are not true to size and there are no exchanges or refunds. It also takes about a month for them to arrive.

I ordered a swimsuit the middle of Jan and 30 days later I still don't have my order and they keep giving me the run around. They had no problem taking my money though.

They sent the wrong item. It didn't include a packing slip, so at first I had no idea who send it or why. After much confusion and many emails we discovered that this was in fact the missing package. They then tried to gaslight me and tell me that the pantsuit they shipped was the item I had ordered (I ordered a swimsuit)! Not cool. They would not refund or return the item. Offered $2.00 as compensation. Do not buy from this company. They are scam artists.
