Extremely excessive phone calls from all sorts of numbers, even after being blocked.

These guys keep calling from various spoofed local exchange phone numbers about a free insurance quote that I never requested. If they were a legitimate business, why would they be robo calling 5-10 times a day from different, spoofed numbers?

This is NOT an April Fool's joke. These people are liars and crooks, although I hoped they'd be different. They claim quick quotes and I got NONE NONE NONE, not one quote. Now, I'll have a crap ton of scammers and spammers calling, emailing and mailing me all for NOTHING. I get so sick of this stuff. Why make a person's day tougher?

They do not verify the person submitting a request owns the phone number provided. A simple text or call with a code would prevent issues. It is pretty much a business standard nowadays to verify ownership of a phone number or email. Now I am receiving multiple calls from multiple companies for a name and vehicle that I do not own. So basically, if you dislike someone and want them to get tons of calls and texts just put their number into Everquote's system. If I were a business owner I would not pay them for leads. Clearly the leads are not verified due to bad business practices. Start doing your research and you will see that this is not the company to do business with. Just look at the reviews here on trust pilot.

They began calling before 9 am ..I allowed the 1st call to go to voicemail, but for some reason they began calling over and over using a different number each time , the calls were coming every .1 and 1/2 minutes so I started blocking the numbers, called them ,the second the girl picked up the phone she started a sales pitch , I politely informed her I had been on a medical call when she began calling me over & over , before I could get much out she hung up on me !! ⁿ if I had wanted a quote that would have changed my mind , I would pay double premiums before I will be treated with 0 respect!!!

Started calling and texting out of the blue on Monday and won't stop. 50+ calls and texts. Thing is, they're calling and texting for someone named Cynthia (not even my name). I've told them to stop, I'm on the DNC registry, they have the wrong number. Doesn't matter, they continue to HARASS from a million different numbers, toll fee and local presence from 8am-8pm..... You'd think you tell a "business" they have the wrong number, they'd stop. Even today, "Hi Cynthia..." text messages.

This company is awful. They are on tapjoy and claim to give rich rewards if you sign up for a car insurance quote. Seems easy enough, and I figured it's easy enough to say no to an insurance offer.

Not only did they not honor the reward on Tapjoy, but they sold my info to no fewer than 5 different insurance companies! I keep getting calls from different numbers. Blocking doesn't help, because of the use of different numbers. This is a total nightmare, and of course scummy Tapjoy stood by this garbage company. If you can avoid them, please do. You won't get any promised rewards, you won't get a good deal on car insurance. All you'll get is inundated with literally dozens of calls per hour from various parasitic entities.

Stop harassing ppl by calling them dozens of times who just want an online quote, it should be illegal to force someone to agree to be called this many times to receive an online quote.

Scammers - They use off-shore scam call centers to market for leads. These scam call centers violate state and federal do not call lists and routinely ask for personal information in an effort to sell that information online as well.

Getting 20 spam call a day because of this company. Needs to be shut down

Someone entered my number in by mistake when requesting insurance quotes. I received a ridiculous amount of texts and calls, all from different numbers within the same area code, so I couldn’t successfully block it. Everquote, more like Foreverquote.

Absolutely horrible. Requested a quote and my phone just blew up with calls. Without exaggeration, roughly 30 calls in 4 hours. One number called me 4 times in 1 minute.

Worst bunch of leads. Information is so far off its impossible to work with. Such junk.

They wont stop calling on all sorts of numbers. This company should go bankrupt.

I was trying to compare home insurance with bundle with current car insurance. Somehow I got signed up for EverQuote and now that WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME. They even change what 888 number they are calling from. This is harassment! The FCC and BBB has been notified.

I, too, have been getting repeated calls from them AFTER I have blocked them. They don't give up. Stay away from any ads and don't believe the ads. I clicked on one for Seniors for low rate insurance....BIG MISTAKE.....I REQUEST THEY TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST AS I WOULD NEVER BUY A SINGLE THING FROM THEM AFTER ALL THESE HARRASSING PHONE CALLS

They will not stop calling! They use multiple numbers to try to get you. I already have purchased insurance, and they still keep calling to sell more items. I will block them and report spam, but they just switch to a different number. Avoid at all costs. They will manipulate you to try and buy anything. I’m not sure of the legal ramifications, but they are violating FCC rules.
